Real nice, comfortable home with an open, airy feeling. 1 King, 1 Queen, bunk in the 3rd bedroom with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. although the living room does not open, it is overstuffed, large and VERY comfortable. The size for sleeping on it would be larger than a twin bed.
