PCB West End Beachfront Condo Rental Only By Owner

We are located on a true gulf front peninsula with Lake Powell to our north and the gulf to the south. Follow our low impact beash to the west and find the Inlet Beach area which continues to the popular 30A area. Walk to the est and meet the beach of Carillon which offers hundreds of yards of lonely beach. Pinnacle Port offers 2 grilling areas, shuffleboard, 2 pools, tennis, bocce ball, strolling, viewing stations as well as short meals at Carillon Beach, complete gym offered through my FYI included with my entry package. Our 2 bedroom 2 full baths will sleep up to 6 in a king ,queen and bunk bed with the option of using our improved queen sleeper. Our balcony view is directly to the gulf with the beach at the base of our 5 level mid rise condo located in the third building from the west and the forth from the larger building. The unit common area is carpeted with a very short thurf nylon carpet The kitchen is fully equipped. A LG combo is in the utility closet.

Area Information

We are located at the farthest west end of Panama City Beach just 1 mile east of 30A. We are a 26 acre compound with fishing available on both the gulf an, lake and inlet. Grocery shopping is within 1 mile as well as dining and service station. We are about 3/4 hour form the airport.
