** While golf carts are not legal on Cape San Blas Rd, this home is located ~200' from the Salinas Park entrance where you can legally drive a rented golf cart (with beach permit) on the beach, making this one of the few locations on Cape San Blas where it makes sense to rent a golf cart! Message us if you are considering doing this!
