The property was very well taken care of and David, the property manager was very helpful. We've stayed at many beach properties in the past and you kind of know what to expect but everything about this property was right on point. It's a lot bigger than what you see in the pictures and there are features like an outdoor hammock, BBQ, and ping pong table that weren't even listed. We'd definitely come stay again. We had a blast.

This house is exactly that, a beach house, the basement is a bit musty but the house is right on the water. Everything you need for a great stay is there. The only downfall is the road in front, the vehicles fly by and it is difficult to pull out of the driveway, It is a must to back your vehicle in.
We loved this house and would definitely rent it again. The beds were very comfortable and the living area seated six people easily.

It was the perfect place for my family of 6. The kids loved the game room and my wife loved the double washer and dryer. My wife said it was our best vacation ever. Than k you so much.

I have rented from WREN properties at least 5 times and I have never been disappointed with any of their homes. They have everything you will need from the kitchen to the beach and more. The furnishings are just like you see in the photos and the quality of towels, sheets etc are of higher quality. As with Turtles Nest, we were not disappointed with anything. Very spacious, loved the lower level with pool table and bunk beds. The house has double washer and dryers which were very nice. House is exactly like the photos and right on the beach. We had a wonderful time and always look forward to staying in the WREN properties. Will rent again and again. You can't go wrong with any of their properties and very pleasant people to do business with.

We loved this home. The beach was steps away, the kids game room was a perfect distraction when it was too hot or when a rain shower visited. Wren has been the perfect host. Looking forward to next summer.

Wonderful home. We stayed with 6 adults and 3 kids and were all very comfortable. Loved having 2 washers and dryers for all the beach towels. It was great to sit on the deck and be able to watch the kids play in the sand. Neighbors are also very friendly but not intrusive. We're trying to find a time when we can be back.

The Turtle's Nest was a perfect vacation home for us. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The management was great and communication was great. The outdoor space is in need of some care. There is still debri on the ground from the hurricane damage. I picked up 3 large nails on the property and had my children wear shoes until we were on the beach. I'm assuming these issues will be addressed as they continue to make repairs.

Our stay at "Turtles Nest" was wonderful.
The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.
The pool table was a nice addition.
The covered deck area was a plus where you get out of the sun and still enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean.
We would definitely recommend "Turtles Nest" to family and friends.

We had a good-sized group and really enjoyed the floor plan and location of Turtle's Nest. The upper level offered three bedrooms (including the master), a large kitchen, dining and living area, as well as access to the deck overlooking the beach! Downstairs was one large room with bunk beds, sofas and a pool table. Our teenagers made themselves at home and entertained themselves whenever we were not on the beach.
Publix grocery store is nearby, and St. Augustine is a short drive away. The beach was almost empty all the time! We will come back!

Our stay at Turtle's Nest was great ! The house has a perfect location on the beach, and was clean, updated, with an excellent kitchen. The downstairs pool room was a hit with both our kids and us. All of our dealings with Wren Beach Rentals have been prompt, easy, and very professional. Thank you, we will definitely hope to stay there again next year !

Turtle's Nest is a comfortable vacation home who's appearance is almost identical to the pictures on the website. Our family stayed there in for 3 weeks and it was our first time in St. Augustine. The location can't get any better if you want to be right on the ocean, and we enjoyed many walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets. The house was fully stocked as promised and the realtor couldn't have been more helpful (even helped us arrange care for our pet while we enjoyed a couple of long day trips). Between the house and St. Augustine is Vilano Beach, where we found a number of good restaurants (Casa Benedetto's, Beaches, Kingfish Grill) and convenient shopping. We loved the area with it's friendly people, laid back vibe and plenty to do if you want to be out and about!

Our family hosted Thanksgiving here and it was wonderful. The view was awesome, so close to the ocean that you had the sense that you you were on a boat. And the view on the opposite of the side of A1A, of Guana State Park was beautiful. The layout worked well for us, the downstairs rec room was great after dinner to get out of the grown up's hair and play. The kitchen was fully equipped as well as the the rest of the house. We enjoyed very much.

This property was just as described. But, the best part was the great deck where a portion is covered for those of us that are not sun worshipers. I could still be outside, but shaded. Great views, beach, and wonderful restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again because everything was perfect.

It was perfectly furnished and cute. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. The bunkroom downstairs was perfect for the 6 kids crashing down there. The pool table, ping pong table, and xBox were a big hit. The beach was a stone's throw away and never crowded. Me and the kids fished everyday, it was a blast.

We brought a group of 8 from Kentucky and were so excited to have the experience of a home on the beach! Once we got here, the house AND beach were even better than we expected! The house has spacious living rooms and and a huge back deck! The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for all of us. There was also plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. We often spent our evenings playing pool, ping pong, boardgames, and watching Netflix on the smart TV(s). There was a volleyball net that we found in the garage and made great use of it! And then there was the beach! Right at our fingertips was a beautiful and clean beach! We always had the feeling of being on a private beach with more than enough of our own area. There were also already beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys in the garage and plenty of beach towels by the deck.
This place is also fantastic for young children and pets! There are several gates on the deck and one on the stairs inside. We also noticed some amenities for dogs such as a water dish outside and a dog house below the deck.
We often drove to the Publix close by, and even down to St. Augustine for shopping a few times. It was very convenient. Many restaurants nearby too!
I would recommend this house to anyone and we would all love to come back here again! It definitely feels like a "home."

This place is a perfect getaway beach house. The house has all mod cons you'd need for some time away - wi-fi, cable camoflagued by a fitting beach decor.
There is a great decking area, perfect for entertaining, which opens directly onto the beach - which was like our own private beach with no crowds.ss
It'd suit both families and larger groups, the upstairs area is perfect for a family, with extra bedding downstairs for the larger groups.
The big pros of the house is definitely the games room with pool table and it's in close proximity to St. Augustine.

This place is second to none!! I enjoyed how spacious and contemporary this beach house was and it was so good to have such a great setting and awesome amenities (pool table, beach at my doorstep, grill, deck) - I could not have asked for more! This was all topped off by great company, irish poker, great weather and a great host! This house is such a nice setting for any time of year :) Saint Augustine is a super cute City also which is an added bonus! If you want a beach house holiday this is for you :)

Spacious two story house with a nice deck and boardwalk leading out to the beach. The outdoor showers were a pleasant touch. The beach itself is beautiful and seemed almost private- we hardly saw anyone else. The kitchen and bathrooms appeared to have been recently remodeled with high quality appliances and fixtures. Plenty of room for a large group- between the beds, bunkbeds, and full size sofas the house could comfortably sleep more people than advertised, provided a few weren't especially tall. All in all is was a lovely experience- we'll be back!

Located just north of St. Augustine, FL, this property is situated directly on the ocean, with ample parking and amazing views of the ocean. There is convenient access to both convenience stores and Publix grocers. One can easily make their way into historic downtown St. Augustine with ease.
The house is recently renovated with beautiful decor. Offering a large second floor balcony, one is offered an incredible view of this mid-Atlantic strip of ocean. The house can sleep at least 10 people if you are bringing a crowd, offering two washer and dryer stacks to keep the clothes tidy. The kitchen is fully appointed, making cooking for a crowd a breeze. For entertainment, there is blazing fast internet, as well as a large LCD TV. Downstairs in the game room, a pool table and ping-pong table await. Three bathrooms also offer plenty of space to keep the guests clean.
Accessed from the back balcony, a boardwalk and stairway leads directly to the ocean. Plenty of patio furniture is supplied, so you will always have a comfortable seat or hammock to relax away the day. A grill is supplied, so be ready to cook some food!
While this may not always be the norm, we were lucky enough to have one of the owners drop by to ensure everything was perfect.
All in all, this property is fantastic, making me want to dance an Irish Jig at times. I will most definitely be back.

My friends and I were looking for a beach escape away from our normal city lives, and Turtles Nest was just perfect! The house was bigger than the photos, and was clearly newly decorated! We had the beach to ourselves every day. There were loads of extras in the house as well like foldable deck chairs and beach toys.
Just a wonderful few days cooking on the BBQ and sipping beers on the deck! Can't wait to go back!!

We had an amazing time at Turtle's Nest! We arrived and were blown away at how nice it was! It had plenty of room for everyone. The view was amazing out the windows in the living room. You are right on the water so it is just a relaxing time. The kitchen was beautiful and made for easy chatting while prepping food. The ping pong table in the garage was a hit, as well as the games. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone had a wonderful weekend! We would definitely go back!

My husband & I needed a beach get away for some much needed rest and renewal where we could see, & hear the ocean, and this home was perfect! We could see the ocean from the bedroom, living room and of course the deck as the home was ON the beach. We brought our Golden Retriever with us, and the deck gates were great since we could enjoy relaxing on the deck without worrying that he would escape to the beach without us! We had the beach to ourselves practically as there was no public access for miles. The home was beautifully decorated, but also VERY comfortable! (The master bed was very comfortable!) We were only a few miles from St. Augustine, yet well away from the busyness of activity! Both the property manager, David, and the owner were extremely nice and helpful to make our stay perfect. When the coffee pot was not working properly, the owner came over within a few hours with a new one and clearly wanted to make sure everything was in working order and we had what we needed.
We went to the Columbia Restaurant in St. Aug and had a wonderful meal! Many of the local restaurants are pet friendly for outdoor dining.
We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to return again.

My friends and I were looking for a beach escape away from our normal city lives, and Turtles Nest was just perfect! The house was bigger than the photos, and was clearly newly decorated! We had the beach to ourselves every day. There were loads of extras in the house as well like foldable deck chairs and beach toys.
Just a wonderful few days cooking on the BBQ and sipping beers on the deck! Can't wait to go back!!

This property is clean and spacious, and at a great price. Located on S. Ponte Vedra Blvd, it's just a short drive away from all of the attractions and history of St. Augustine without the hassle of parking and tourists everywhere. The house has great amenities, especially the double stack washer/dryer, a must if you're staying with a group of 8-10 people. And of course, it's literally on the beach. The property manager was extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here in the future.

We had an amazing time at Turtle's Nest! We arrived and were blown away at how nice it was! It had plenty of room for everyone. The view was amazing out the windows in the living room. You are right on the water so it is just a relaxing time. The kitchen was beautiful and made for easy chatting while prepping food. The ping pong table in the garage was a hit, as well as the games. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone had a wonderful weekend! We would definitely go back!

My husband & I needed a beach get away for some much needed rest and renewal where we could see, & hear the ocean, and this home was perfect! We could see the ocean from the bedroom, living room and of course the deck as the home was ON the beach. We brought our Golden Retriever with us, and the deck gates were great since we could enjoy relaxing on the deck without worrying that he would escape to the beach without us! We had the beach to ourselves practically as there was no public access for miles. The home was beautifully decorated, but also VERY comfortable! (The master bed was very comfortable!) We were only a few miles from St. Augustine, yet well away from the busyness of activity! Both the property manager, David, and the owner were extremely nice and helpful to make our stay perfect. When the coffee pot was not working properly, the owner came over within a few hours with a new one and clearly wanted to make sure everything was in working order and we had what we needed.
We went to the Columbia Restaurant in St. Aug and had a wonderful meal! Many of the local restaurants are pet friendly for outdoor dining.
We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to return again.

I love the view of the beachfront the sun rising on the waves every morning was remarkable. ..the house was just like a beach house on tv shows
