It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.

Quiet, peaceful, pretty location! Clean, spacious condo. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the mornings and so peaceful to sit and read in the evenings. We have family in the area and this location was perfect, so close to them which made visiting so convenient.. Nice pool area and other guests were very friendly. Paul, the owner, checked on us after our arrival and addressed any issues we might have had. We enjoyed our time in Venice and are looking forward to future stays in Farmington Vistas. Thanks Paul

Our stay was most enjoyable at this great family-friendly condo! It offers close proximity to superb beaches, great restaurant choices, golf, and walks along the downtown Venice shops. The beautiful condo swimming pool with warm water was beyond expectations. The relaxing lanais, updated kitchen, and included washer/driyer make it exceptional. Paul, the owner, was wonderful to work with.

Came down to Venice Area to look for a place to stay for winter and maybe one day call home. Loved the condo and location. It is everything you would want or need. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in unit #379! The grounds are so well kept, scenic and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and it's amenities offered. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen, bathrooms and even beach equipment. The location was great too! Close to beaches, markets and restaurants. Paul was a great host as well. Very responsive and communication was excellent. Thank you for everything, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

I Rented this condo in Venice because I’m staying in Sarasota and my daughter lives in Inglewood and I brought my brother from New Jersey who hasn’t seen me or my kids in years we had a great stay the accommodations were perfect the pool was a great time grilling outside was perfect would definitely recommend this highly recommend this and will definitely keep this in mind for my next vacation thank you for all you were a great host Hope anyone else stays here has his good of a time as I did

We stayed at 2 different units in Farmington Vistas for 14 weeks (Aug-Dec) while our home was being completed nearby. Everything was great and Paul was very professional and responsive whenever an issue came up. The units were within minutes of several beaches and all of Venice and the Gulf Coast has to offer. All of the neighbors were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Thank you Paul for helping us make the transition to the area.

Everything in the unit and the Plantation is top shelf. My wife especially enjoyed the solace of the 2nd Lanai off the guest br while I watched a movie on the widescreen TV in the living room. The new Publix right down the road made shopping easy. We love nature and Flora, plenty to see right from the main Lanai. Paul is a pleasure to lease from, we had a problem with a screen and Paul had a handyman there within an hour and it was repaired. We both really enjoyed our time in this unit and the proximity to whatever we needed or wanted.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pauls condo in Venice Florida and thoroughly enjoyed my entire vacation. The facilities were excellent and the condo was very clean and well serviced with every amenity. Paul was very accommodating with all of my needs and was always available if I needed him for anything . I really enjoyed the pool and the convenience of using the nearby amenities for shopping etc. I would definitely recommend this condo in the plantation golf and country club to anyone looking for an enjoyable vacation.
