PRIMARY GUEST
The primary booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire reservation. This is your home away from home — we just ask that someone responsible is here to enjoy it with you.
GUEST COUNT
Maximum occupancy is as listed. All overnight guests must be included in your reservation. Need to add someone? Just reach out before arrival — we're happy to help when possible.
SMOKE-FREE HOME
We kindly ask that there is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home, on balconies, or in covered areas. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning charges. The fresh Florida air outside is all you need!
PETS
We love pets and welcome them with prior approval. Approved pets must stay off furniture and beds (blankets provided), and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard promptly. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive hair, or odors. Please request pet approval before booking.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. We're in a residential neighborhood and our neighbors are wonderful — let's keep it that way.
BEACH GEAR & TOWELS
Beach gear and towels are provided for your enjoyment! Please rinse everything off after use and return it to its designated spot so the next guests can enjoy it too.
