Full size front load washer and dryer. Open concept living and dining room with wall of glass ,overlooking the gulf. Fireplace and wall mounted flat screened 60" television Enjoy dining on the round glass top table w/ seating for 6, and enjoy the spacious living area with couch and love seat ( generously furnished). Step out, on to your private balcony or move down to your very own 16 x16 sun deck, situated directly on the beach. Main level also offers a lovely half (.5) bath and storage area.
On the second level, you will find two (2) spacious bedrooms, both with en-suit bathrooms. Master overlooking the ocean w/ an additional private balcony. Master features king size bed ,seating area. Bath w/ walk in shower. Guest bedroom with Queen size bed and tub/shower accommodations. All bedding , mattresses and linens recently replaced, crisp and clean towels .

Great Townhome ️
We just got back from Frank's place. We had a Great Stay. The beautiful townhome had everything we needed. It is so nice to drive up to your front door and unload and go out your back door to a huge deck and the beach. It is also in a great location, right across the street from the grocery store and restaurants. We definitely will be returning! Thanks ️

Clean and Convenient location
Frank‘s place was in a very convenient location. Right across the street from a Winn-Dixie grocery store and just a minute or two from pier Park! Beaches were very nice and at the time we went we were the only ones on the beach. Will definitely book again with Frank!

I stayed for a month. I loved opening the blinds and having the beach/ocean right there. The house had all essential needs. The deck was also well equipped. I spent many hours people, dolphin and ray watching from the deck. Added bonus is grocery and pharmacy across the street.

Great Location
Loved being able to walk right out to the beach from our own deck and both floors had their own balcony. Great sunsets! Plenty of room. The owner, Frank, provided good customer service. They are working on updating so I would stay again.

Beautiful beach front!
We enjoyed our stay! Best beach access, especially during COVID time! Our own place, no elevators, grill on our own deck! Grocery store right across the road, beautiful sunsets, early morning beach walks right out your front door. Everything you need! Frank is a treat host!

Best Backyard Ever
We enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. It was so nice and convenient to walk out the back door to the best backyard ever...the beach! It was also nice to sit on the balcony at night and listen to the sounds of the ocean.The home is nicely furnished and is walking distance to several restaurants, Winn-Dixie, and CVS. The owners are extremely nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to PCB!

2018 Vacation
Condo was clean and up to date. Spacious. Great showers. Big beds, but were kinda hard. Love the view and access to the beach. Park right in front of door. Nice decor and flooring throughout condo. Would definitely stay there again.
