Laid-Back Island Life – We're on island time, so flip-flops and shorts are acceptable anywhere! Most likely, you'll spend your days in your cutest bathing suit or bikini, so skip the overpacking and avoid costly airline baggage fees.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less third-party travel insurance fees, if applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
For reservations made on or less than 60 days in advance of check-in, or if cancellation occurs within 60 days of check-in, the reservation is non-refundable.
Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable.
If a reservation is canceled 60 days or less before check-in, we will re-list the property for rental. If it is re-rented, the guest will receive a refund minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential.
If a guest shortens their stay or changes to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.

We rented this house for a family vacation. This house is everything you see & more. We found it to be perfectly located from beach/stores/restaurants in a quite neighborhood. The house was perfectly stocked with everything needed to cook plus! Emma was very accommodating & quick to respond answering questions. We would definitely consider renting it again!

This property is everything you see…we had a huge family (10) have an opportunity to stay at this beautiful property. Once you opened the door to walk in you immediately knew it wasn’t like other beach rental properties. The owners took the time to add their own personal touches to each room especially the master sweet that my mother fell in love with. The kids (4) loved the bunk bed room and most of all the heated pool (no additional charge). They spent countless hours at the pool while the adults socialized along the pool while BQing.Also like to add that we missed out a few days going to local restaurants and events just up the street from the house just because of what the house had to offer.I highly recommend this property for anyone especially when it comes to family gatherings just because of the space in the house, the private pool, the easy walk to the beach and the closeness of local activities.
