How far is the condo from the beach?
The beach is about 500 feet from the building. With the Delnor-Wiggins nature preserve situated between the building and the beach, there is a brick paver walkway to the beach.
How do I gain access to building upon arrival?
I generally send keys and instructions 30 days before the rental. This way you have everything you need before you leave home. There is no need to coordinate schedules with an onsite manager in the event you encounter travel delays.
Does your building permit pets?
The building HOA does not allow pets inside the building.
Does your building permit smoking?
The building HOA does not allow smoking anywhere inside the building.

Wonderful property. Super clean and comfortable. Large lanai with plenty of outdoor furniture, very relaxing. New carpet throughout. Walk out your condo door and walk to the beach in 3 minutes. Immaculate lobby & pool.You can walk to several restaurants right on the beach or drive to many 5 star restaurants in 10 minutes including Mercator (Dining-Shops-Outdoor entertainment) Location can not be beat!!!!I

This condo is steps from the beach and a short car ride to everything you need- groceries, restaurants and the Mercato just to name a few. Nice pool area also has a gas grill and tables nearby which I made use of.The condo was well equipped, had nice furnishings, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.The owner was a pleasure to work with and provided all the info I needed to make my stay a breeze.Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

Lovely 2 BR condo at the entrance to the beach. Beautiful pool. Centrally located in North Naples with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is fully loaded. Well maintained. Enjoy watching the walkers, bike riders and beach goers from the cozy deck. Great experience.

Nice clean condo, VERY short walk to the beach from the back door of the condo building. The beach here was clean and just gorgeous! The building also has a really nice pool area. Located in an extremely beautiful and safe area of town within very short driving distance to tons of restaurants and stores. The owner was great --we will definitely stay here again!
