HOUSE ON CANAL… 34 foot concrete dock with fish cleaning stand, water and electricity. Bring your boat, great boat ramps. The house is a short distance to supermarkets, movie theaters, dive shops, and full service marinas with fuel, bait and tackle. We are also located near the Islamorada charter fleet where you can enjoy diving and fishing. The Theater of the Sea is just a few minutes away and provides the opportunity for you to swim with the Dolphins and Sea Lions.
From the house, you have easy access to ocean or bay via Tavernier Creek or Snake Creek. House is just minutes from the best fishing and diving in the U.S.A.’s only coral reef.
We are located South of Pennekamp Park in the Village of Islamorada. One mile North of Founders’ Park where you can enjoy many facilities such as: the Olympic-size pool, baseball and softball fields, basketball, tennis, doggie park, beach, kids playground, walking and bicycle paths and much more. Your rental includes access to this park. Per day per person fees will apply to some of the facilities at Founder’s Park. House is located near great restaurants where you can experience the local cuisine.
House has comfortable downstairs deck for barbecuing, fishing from the dock or just to sit and relax in the shade or in the sun. You can do as much as you want or nothing at all. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the upstairs screened in terrace.

House is expected to be returned as close as possible to the condition in which it is received. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be accessed if an above standard cleaning is required after your departure. The cleaning fee will be deducted from provided security deposit.

How do I reserve the house?
We require a $500 security deposit for weekly rentals & $1,000 for monthly along with the completed rental agreement. Rental fee can be paid via check no later than 30 days prior to your arrival or in cash upon check-in.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, we are a pet friendly home. However, we require to know breed and size of all pets for owner approval and pet fee to be added to quote.
Is there ample boat dockage and trailer parking on the property?
Yes, our home has 34 ft. dock available for tenant use and parking facility on property for boat trailer and cars. all vehicles must be parked on property. No street parking allowed by City Ordinance.
Is there storage for fishing/diving equipment available?
Yes, we provide a rubber maid storage shed with lock, as well as a dockbox.
Is there a bait freezer available for tenant use?
Yes, a bait freezer is provided in the rubber maid storage shed,

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for bringing your boat. We had four adults and a one year old and the spacious home comfortably and easily accommodated us. Simple and easy access to Snake Creek and Whale Harbor right out of the canal. Everything was perfect and simple. We highly recommend and hope to be back next year!

My two friends and I agree that in the last 13 years since we have been coming down to Islamorada for our annual fishing trip, this is one of the best places we have stayed in. Instructions were clear, all cleaning materials were on shelves, and with evenings spent mostly watching the NBA playoffs, we had a great time. We hope to rent this house next year.
