My overall experience was a good one.. Right there on the water made for easy access to fishing.. Was told there were poles, there wasn't .. Not a big deal we went and got some.. It has a very "beachy" feel to it.. Didn't need to bring anything to enjoy our stay. The WiFi however, worked when it wanted to causing us to run up data a tad.. Other the WiFi, we had a pretty good experience.. Thanks for having us...

The house was perfect! Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked. Lots of pool accesories, beach umbrellas, bicycles. We loved it! Only 2 negatives, pool cleaner never showed for the week, the pool needed attention. And the neighbor told us they had seen a 12 foot alligator in the lake. You can kayak but dont swim! We didnt see any alligators. Everything else was perfect. Loved it!

Very comfortable and well stocked rental for our family get together. We also enjoyed the air hockey, pool volleyball and fishing from the huge dock. I enjoyed the separate master on the opposite side of the house for a quiet night sleep. The driveway provided ample parking which was very convenient.

The home was lovely. Clean, bright and comfortable.The pool was wonderful.I just walked out the back door and went swimming. The view of the river was calming and the deck was spacious. I plan on returning every year. There were no problems,but the owner was very friendly and reachable.

My family rented this home for a week long vacation and family reunion. It was wonderful. The house is bright and clean and the pool was fabulous! We were pleasantly surprised because this was our first experience renting a vacation home. We plan to rent this home again the next time we come down to Florida!

Impeccably clean on arrival and was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a month's stay.
The pool and deck were very nice and we had avian visitors as well as manatee swim by. The manager was nearby and was knowledgeable about the property and answered any questions we had.

This was a beautiful and clean home. It has everything you could ever need and want. The back deck and pool are so peaceful. Our 3 year old son was in heaven the entire week. Carol, the property manager always got back to me on time and answered all my questions. She made sure we had a great experience. We can't wait to come back very soon.

The house and amenities were perfect. The place is very well maintained and everything (plus some) of what you would need for a vacation. We had 4 adults, with the 3 bedroom and couch setup was perfect. The pool is great, nice back yard on the canal and nature. The location is a little north of Clearwater, but well worth the value and accommodations. Would recommend the house to others. Thank You for a great vacation home.

Very nice house !!!We had a great time even with all the terrible weather.It rained and rained.We did a lot of fishing off the back deck that was really nice and the kids loved the pool.It was a very nice vacation.And it was so nice to have everything you needed for the stay thanks so much we will definitely will be back for another stay .Thank you so much Randy and Annie Prather
