If you are planning to visit Naples for a short visit or plan to stay for a season, this is a must see property. Our 2 bedroom & 2 full bathroom, ground floor, 1400 square foot condominium has been completely remodeled (2014) and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your clothing.
The condominium is not our primary residence and is used for many family visits which insures that the condo is in perfect condition at all times.
Living area has an open floor plan. Amenities include 2 bedrooms each with attached baths, two Smart TVs to use with your streaming devices, high-speed WIFI, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster,and wine fridge. One bedroom has one queen bed and second one has two queen beds. 6 people can comfortably sleep here, linens, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is a barbecue grill and patio set on the back deck which overlooks a tree covered lake with a family of ducks. You truly do not need to bring anything except your bathing suit and comfortable clothing. COMPLETELY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED.

The condominium is located within Naples Bath and Tennis Club which is a secure, gated community centrally and conveniently located in Naples, Florida.
Very close to all beaches, Clam pass beach 5 mins. away as well as golf courses, restaurants, shops and many local attractions. The kids will love the Naples Zoo.
Additionally, grocery stores and department stores within walking distance for basic things. A beautifully remodeled YMCA is located only two blocks away and they offer seasonal memberships for use of facilities: pool, tennis, pickleball, and exercise classes.
Olde Naples (Fifth Avenue and South Third Street shops and restaurants) and the Naples Pier are a 15 minute drive. The beaches at Clam Pass Park and the Parkshore area are 3 miles away. The exclusive Waterside Shoppes and the Naples Philharmonic are on the way to the beach. Naples newest entertainment and shopping district, the Mercato, featuring Whole Foods Supermarket, Trader Joe's, high end movie theater and shopping/dining, is a quick 5 minute drive. A fantastic outlet mall with great shopping is a 20 minute drive away (Miromar Outlet Mall).
Both livingroom and bedroom televisions are smart TVs that can use your Roku device, Amazon Firestick or any other streaming device or laptop you care to attach. HDMI cable is provided. WIFI throughout condo is provided in rental. No TV cable service is provided- only WIFI for streaming services.

During the summer months, guests are required to pay for electric bill due to higher AC consumption in summer.

We booked our stay after ski season April15-May 15. The Naples weather couldn’t have been better for defrosting and getting some sun!! The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location is ideal for driving into town or the beach. We especially liked the ability to walk around the association (2miles), to walk to the mall next door, and to witness an ITF event on campus! Sapna helped us through the rental process and with any questions we had during our stay. She is a friendly, efficient, and available host. We would recommend this rental

We stayed here for the winter and had a fantastic time enjoying Naples, the weather was great and we were never without something going on. The Naples Bath and Tennis Club is a great central location in the Naples area with the beach and 5th Ave just a short ride away. The condo is well appointed with just about everything needed. Sapna is a great host, easy to work with and just a call away for any question or concern. The neighbors were all very friendly and made us feel at home during our stay. We will book here again for a future stay. We have vacationed in Naples for many years and I have to say this is the best stay ever.

We stayed at the condo for the month of January, 2020. It was everything we wanted- a well equipped condo with an updated kitchen and bath. The location was great for our needs; centrally located, drive or walk to many shops, restaurants, and YMCA. It was a short drive to a variety of beaches. The owner was very helpful and answered our questions within a short time frame. I would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it to family and friends.
