Teresa's Beach Homes is a small family owned company that currently manages 9 homes located on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf coast at Cape San Blas, Florida. We have a variety of homes ranging from 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms that sleep anywhere from 1 to 12 people. Nearly all of our homes are pet friendly and the beaches of Gulf County, Florida are pet friendly as well! We are an old Florida vacation destination which means if you are looking to get away from it all you have found the right spot! It offers amenities such as boat parking, a popular layout being a single living level home, private pool, elevator, easy and close by beach boardwalk, and quick access to some of your Cape favorites in the Cape Trading Post area such as Weber's, St Joe Shrimp Company, and Cape Coffee & Ice Cream. This home is a stunning choice for smaller families, couples, and singles as well those traveling with a boat trailers. We hope to see you at Saltwater soon!

I can’t express enough how lovely a stay in the White Whale was. Everything was top shelf and new. We loved everything about the house. It is decorated with such good taste. It was extremely nice to have a private pool. It isn’t a large pool but it served our family well. They allow pets and I am so thankful that I could bring my fur babies. I appreciate those folks who are willing to share their beach homes.

White Whale is a beautiful property with amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the beautiful sunsets. The Port St Joe area is peaceful and quiet most of the year. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. We have rented through Teresa’s beach rentals several times and they are always a pleasure to work with.
