The condo was neat and well furnished. Great location and a beautiful property! Founders park across Rt 1 is a great take with a nice beach and very helpful staff at the visitors center.

Fidel B.Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
Plantation by the Sea is an older condo complex that is beautifully maintained. The condo is located at MM 87.5 just off of U.S. 1 in the heart of Islamorada. Restaurants of various types can be found within 1 to 5 miles of the condo, as are two major supermarkets. The unit I rented had two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms with all the comforts of home. The owner, Nancy provides a very clean unit with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but comes with modern stainless steel appliances. The complex has a heated pool, sauna, community restrooms and showers, with a recreation room with full kitchen and two propane grills for grilling your favorite foods. There is a new 400 foot pier for fishing and taking in the constant breezes that come off the ocean. You will not regret renting from the owner, Nancy Garcia.

We had a wonderful time and lots of fun with our children and grandchildren at unit 124 Plantation by the Sea. It was a well equipped, and comfortable condo. A gated community and very safe. The location was super convenient, very quiet, and far enough away from the main road noise. You WILL NOT Regret staying at this condo.

This home was perfect for our family of five. Spacious bedrooms, living area and bathrooms. We also had use of the storage unit for our fishing gear and coolers. The pier is breathtaking. Our thoughtful hosts decorated with a Christmas tree and “surfing Santa” for our holiday vacation. This location is great because it’s centered in the “keys”. We put many miles on the car traveling the beautiful drive to Southernmost Point up to Key Largo. So many great things to do in Islamorada too. This Condo is walking distance to Founders Park with a lovely beach. Our rental allowed us use as “Islamorada Residents”. Must visit Robbies Marina and John Pennecamp while in the area. We are looking forward to returning.
