The location we stayed in was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out after spending full days at Disney. The location was clean, bright and enjoyable. Close to grocery and shopping for necessary supplies. The pool was delightful. The clubhouse was nice (we didn't use it, but did check in for a gate pass). Security was always at the ready to let us back in through the gate quickly no matter how late we returned. Service and communication with the management company was quick and useful. All in all a good stay!

This townhouse was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and in a great location in regards to DisneyWorld, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, NASA etc. The community area (waterslides, pools etc) was fun, clean and friendly staff.The only cons -1. if you pay the extra to have the pool heated, they don’t turn it on till the day of your arrival. Pool takes 24-48hrs to heat so you basically don’t use it the first day or two (depending on time of year you go). Its a pain if you are only there for a short time - we were there for only 4 days and water was COLD when we got there.2. Kitchen hand towels, dish towels not provided (we searched every drawer, closet and cabinet) so we had to use the bathroom face cloths and hand towels to wash/dry dishes and wipe down countertop/table.Other than that it was fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again next trip!

The townhouse was clean and had great amenities. It was also clean and looked nice. Overall the stay was great only con was that the jacuzzi jets weren’t working.

My family and I had a great stay! I had no problem finding the location and getting into the house. The amenities were amazing! I would definitely go back. The only 2 things were the wifi went out half way through our trip and there were no garbage bins provided.

Thank you for your review. Did you contact our onsite support for help with the Wifi? They should have been able to get you up and running. I will make sure they know to check on it. As for the trash bins, there are plastic benches out by the front door. Those are the trash bins. You put your trash in it daily and someone picks it up. I am sorry it wasn't more clearly marked. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. It has been a pleasure working with you.
