About this rental
This condo has one of the best views on the Island!!! Water view from every room! Master bedroom overlooks the Gulf, Guest bedroom overlooks the bay. Windows everywhere! New kitchen and bathrooms, new tile and furniture 11/2020.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and its own bathroom. The Guest bedroom has TWO full-sized beds and a flat screen tv.
The kitchen overlooks the bay and has new appliances! All flooring is ceramic tiling.
There is a stackable washer and dryer in our unit
** This Unit was spared from hurricane Ian! Our pool is newly filled, should be working within the week, the elevators are working but look weathered and there are sounds of new construction all over the island - sounds of progress!

When the children get hungry, we have a full kitchen stocked with pans and dishes to make your children the meal of their dreams! And if you aren't cooking (you are on vacation), there is a restaurant right next door with a wonderful children's menu.
Area Information
This unit is located on the North Side of Fort Myers Beach. We are right next door to the Pink Shell Resort. There is less traffic and the north side has its own exit off the island to avoid the traffic lines to the bridge. There is a trolley that runs up and down the island and the stop is right next door. It is about a 12 minute walk to Time Square and the main shopping and restaurant center!
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Time Square! Take a stroll along the beach for 10-15 minutes and you will arrive at Time Square. There are a lot of outdoor entertainers plus fun stores, restaurants and ice-cream parlors.
Favorite Places To Eat
We love to walk next door to the Pink Shell Resort for wonderful food served outside. Fort Myers Beach has so many wonderful places in Time Square!

About the host: We are from the Chicagoland area and love to vacation here at Fort Myers Beach. Fourteen years ago, we bought #204 in the building and it has been so much fun. We have always wanted to try out a high floor, corner unit. Well, June 1, 2018 we got our wish with purchase of #601. We are loving our new view! The biggest surprise for us was being on the flight path for native birds. It is common to see Brown Pelicans swooping right past the lanai. It still takes my breath away to see the amazing creatures.
Why this property? Estero Island Beach Villas, located at 250 Estero Blvd is one of the more modern buildings on the beach. It is right next door to the Pink Shell Resort (as a matter of fact, the Pink Shell does rent out condos like ours in our building but at a higher rate). Because we are next door to the Pink Shell, we can easily get there to eat dinner in their restaurant, go to their spa and rent their wave runners. We are not able to use their pool, but we have our own pool that is often much less crowded than the Pink Shell's pool.

This unit not only has the best views, but being a corner unit it offered wonderful breezes on the balcony. We ate all of our meals out there and spent many hours just enjoying it all. The pelicans flew by...amazing. We had a perfect spot for fire works - super viewing with no bugs!! The unit was a great size, clean and well appointed. I would definitely rent this unit again.

The beachfront location right next door to the Pink Shell was perfect! The unit is beautifully updated throughout with higher end amenities. Loved the corner unit which provided a better view on the front & side. Can see the bay from the guest bedroom. Wonderful grilling/eating area outside. Will definitely return!

Spent Christmas on the Beach! Perfect location on Fort Myers Beach, within walking distance or short tram ride to Times Square for dining out, ice cream and evening activities. Also visited outdoor bar/restaurant next door for dinner and drinks. Water activity rentals next door. Wonderful view of gulf from condo balcony, as well as nice view of inter-coastal from the front door balcony area. Condo was nicely furnished with adequate kitchen utensils, etc. Took our 3 young adult children so had to use the pullout. My only complaint pertains to the pullout: I couldn't tell if fitted sheet was clean, couldn't find any other linens for it, and the area under it needed a good cleaning. With that being said, still giving 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for two weeks. The condo was very clean, extremely quiet, well-stocked, and had nice furniture. The views from the balcony were amazing. The beach was great. It was fun to watch the dolphins swim by. The heated pool was very warm and not used by many people.We were able to walk to several restaurants from the condo. There is also a free trolley that goes right by the condo every few minutes. The toaster broke. I called the rental office and within 3 hours, a new toaster arrived for us.

Great condo, great views. Decorated tastefully. The downside was that the bed pillows had yellow stains but were replaced with new pillows when co. was notified. Unit had 2 broken beach chairs and 3 broken umbrellas. Co. said they didn't provide them so they were not replaced. We had no good chairs or umbrellas to enjoy the beach. Sad! We felt they should be provided. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. There wasn't enough flatware forks, knives etc. The unit was not cleaned well when we arrived, but upon request the cleaners came back and fixed it. The also brought in tub mats because the tub bottoms was very slippery. We had to drive far up the beach to get parking permits. They could have been left in the condo for more convenience. All in all, we enjoyed the condo and liked the fast response from VT. Rented for 2 weeks but it went so quickly. Thinking about renting here again!

Thank you for your review! I am glad you want to rent again. I am so sorry to hear about the beach chairs because we left 2 brand new beach chairs in the unit the day before you arrived. We try to start the new year out with new chairs because they end up rusting with all of the salt water. We can never guarantee chairs and umbrellas, but I do make sure when I am there that there are some. I am happy to hear that our management company was responsive. Hope to have you back next year!

The condo is very nice. Being a corner unit we had a great view of the gulf. The rooms were clean and neat. It was nice being at the north end of the island there isn’t as much traffic to deal with. You can walk down to the pier and shops. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

My 2 daughters-in-law, sister and I spent 5 days at this beautiful condo. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the gulf from the screened in lanai was amazing! We also had beautiful views of the bay. Just steps outside our door and we were on the beach! Perfect location- nice walk to the pier. Loved it!

Perfect location and views. Water can be seen from every window, including the kitchen. Short walk to a nature preserve and Times Square with lots of shops and restaurants. Loved the corner unit and contemporary decor. We look forward to visiting again.

Everything clean, great view overall perfect apartment. Everything we needed was right there. The shuttle didn’t seem to available. But the place was beautiful right on the beach. Washer and dryer was nice,plenty of room for the whole family thanks for a perfect stay

The unit was equipped with everything we needed for a vacation. Beds were comfy and kitchen and baths were updated. Sand toys and chairs were a plus. Only problem was with the rental company. Parking passes needed picked up at the other end of the island. Would rent the unit again!

The owners have thought of everything! Fully equipped, cheerful beach condo. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The beach was perfect and amenities were plentiful. Highly recommend.

Nice unit. Everything you need within the unit. Only complaint is that you need to drive down to the office to pick up a parking pass which should just be left right in the unit since you're provided a key code to enter the unit itself.

This condo was exactly what the pictures showed-bright, clean and plenty of room for the five of us. The views were amazing! When sitting in the living room, it looked like you were floating on the water! Fantastic views of sunset over the gulf and sun rising over the harbor. Had a good view of Sanibel Island were we also spent a good bit of time. Loved the screened in balcony. It kept the bugs away as we enjoyed the view. We also made good use of the grills and swimming pool. The condo is located on the north end away from traffic and with easy access through a side street back on to bridge. My granddaughter loved that it was so close to shopping at Times Square-easy walk up the beach. The booking process was easy. All questions and concerns were handled quickly. The app was also helpful. I would highly recommend this rental!!!
