The Villa Blue Water is a villa with a special flair and a lot of space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The interiors are very bright and the rooms have exceptionally high ceilings.
Also the pool and terrace area is comparatively large with sufficient garden furniture. A villa to feel good.
Along the canal there are two large sun deck areas with panoramic views. How about, here at sunset, enjoy to drink sundowners?

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Security Deposit increases by Euro 150,00 per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Michaela P.Beautiful House, inside an outside
We stayed for three weeks and with 5 adults and 2 child. Enough space for that many people and really practical with 3 Bathrooms. Poolarea is really beautiful an the small Tiki outside as well. Small minus is that the owner left their car in the garage, so we couldnt use it. But otherwise there was bycicles, child toys and a small paddle boat.Overall really beautiful and we would recommend this house!
