This villa is very special. Plenty of space for up to six people, divided in high-quality individually furnished bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms, as well as a living room in Florida-style with a fireplace wall! Very tastefully decorated.
The kitchen in the villa is a dream for all amateur cooks, everything is available!
It is never boring in the Villa Beach Tower, play table tennis, billiards, darts, or work out your fitness, nothing is missing in this magnificent villa. Also you can rent a boat.
An exceptionally large pool with separate Jacuzzi is located on the terrace. The large terrace has plenty of space and is equipped with many comfortable furniture, as well as an outdoor kitchen ideal for evening barbecue.
Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant.
For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool
no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

The house was in a very nice and quiet area. It was well furnished, had a fantastic outdoor pool area, and equipped kitchen. The grill was not the greatest though but the outdoor kitchen was very nice. I would recommend this house and will definitely rent again.

Lovely area and lots of space for us and our 3 kids. Pool is beautiful though a bit complicated to operate/heat. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. Outdoor grilling area is a nice touch. Golf clubs, kayaks, fishing poles and bikes were appreciated! A few minor recommendations: fix the outdoor beverage fridge, replace or remove the foosball table and provide darts for dartboard. Overall a really lovely place and would recommend highly.
