Our 6 Bedrooms 6 Bathroom, luxury villa ideal for you and your families / friend’s vacation.
As you enter the home you are greeted with a large living room area. Towards the back of the villa there is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There are tri-sliding doors to the pool area where you can enjoy your private pool. Upstairs you will find all 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom (2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom).
Located within the gated community of Watersong, there are plenty of amenities to keep you busy. Tennis courts, playground, recreation, and fitness facilities. This home is also located just under 30 minutes to Disney and just minutes to Providence Golf Club, shopping centre, restaurants and more.
Strictly NO Smoking inside the villa.
* The use of the BBQ grill is $15 per night of stay
There are two spacious living areas. One located at the front of the villa as you enter via the front door, the second is located at the rear of the villa as part of an open plan living space including the kitchen and dining space. Both living areas offer an entertainment centre and ample seating.
Access to the pool area is via the rear living space. There is a beautiful large pool and raised jacuzzi spa (gas heating optional - additional fees apply).
The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool.
It has a table with chairs and an optional BBQ.
This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outdoor fan.
There is a well-equipped kitchen comprises large countertops, a 60/40 sink, waste disposal, and pantry.
Breakfast bar with six stools.
Appliances include stove, microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser. All tableware and cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, blender & toaster
All linens and towels are supplied.
Washing and Drying facilities are available and can be found on the upper floor.
There is a beautiful and spacious dining area just off the kitchen and contains a table with seating for 8 people.
6 bedrooms that sleep a maximum of 12.

There are 6 bathrooms, 4 are ensuite.
Five bathrooms are located upstairs with either a Shower, Bath or Combo with vanity sinks and toilets.
Hairdryers are supplied in all upstairs bathrooms as are all linens and towels.
There is a half bathroom downstairs featuring a toilet and vanity sink.
Our home is situated on a quiet street within the Watersong resort.
The community facilities are situated around a 5 minutes’ walk from the home.
To the rear of the home is woodland and conservation.
There is space for a vehicle in the garage, with additional space for two vehicles on the driveway.
Our home is fitted with high speed internet access, free to all of our guests.
Pack and Play and baby equipment can be made available upon request,
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.
There is a clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness centre, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub.

About the host: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

We went down for a football tourney this four bedroom villa was great. We were concerned about being stuck in a hotel room for the week so this was perfect plenty of room and very clean. If the weather is good there is a pool with a nice outside sitting area. We would definitely rent again.

Great house for 10 people to stay in Disney area. It was our 6th time visiting the area and this was the best house we have ever rented. Kitchen is fully equipped, we found everything we needed, and we love cooking. The gas BBQ was is very practical to use inside the lanai with a fan that blows the smoke away from the house. The dining table fits 10 people (which is normally not the case in other houses). The 5 bedrooms were very spacious with very comfty beds: 2 king, 1 queen and 2 twin (2 beds each). The swimming pool was fully enjoyed by the kids. The playroom is very entertaining for youngster. Thanks Stephen and Johanna... we look forward renting your house again!

If you're anything like me, when you read an online review, until you have the experience for yourself, you will always wonder if the person who wrote the review is actually telling the truth or just making the review up or the one I really hate, perhaps a relative or the owner. I can say firsthand that this property was immaculate in every way. I was worried that we were too far away from Disney and it would take too long to get there or that I would have some other issue, like the property was run down or something. I can truly say that this property is perfect for a Disney family get away. Great physical location, Great property, Great owners and it was at a Great price . . . I wouldn't change a thing. Bella Vida resort - house was everything we needed for our stay in Kissimmee. Rental house is spacious and very comfortable. Excellent WiFi and all cooking utensils provided. Booking process seamless and house is exactly as photos. Liked the proximity to the clubhouse and also short walk to 24 hour Walmart.

This property had everything we wanted and more. Beds were exceptional. nice pool. BBQ area spacious and great for playing cards under the FAN. great pool table. Fine selection of videos to watch. overall one of the very best house rentals we have had over our 10 florida visits also very good location across the road from the main clubhouse as well. walmart around the corner all the standard restaurants within 5 min drive rent here and you will not be disappointed regards K Doyle
