Hidden Treasure III is a Deluxe and renovated cute Gulf front condo with an Shabby/Coastal chic and personalized décor. This immaculate unit can sleep up to 5 guests comfortably. The master bedroom with its 2 new luxurious queen size pillow top mattresses can sleep 4, has a 58-inch smart tv its own dressing area as well as direct access to the main bathroom. The cute bunk area is furnished with 2 new comfortable twins’ beds with individual bookshelves, lights and USB port. The living area is an open floor and has an INCREDIBLE view of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico with its private entrance to the balcony. Have kids? Board games and books are available for rainy days. The renovated living area has soft leather furniture with memory foam sofa sleeper, a 65-inch smart TV and even a PS5. The renovated fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals. The condo also offers a front load washer/dryer. The renovated bathrooms (1 full and 1/2 bath) offer a large walk in shower. The patio/balcony offers a Polywood dining set to enjoy evening meals at sunset. There is also a treasure box with kid’s beach toys; floats... Arriving late? Not a problem, we offer self-check in and a STARTER kit so....you will be able to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea from our coffee bar on day one before even going to the store.

The Summit is a Gulf-front complex with many amenities. The complex has 2 large pools( 1 heated off season); 2 outside hot tubs and `1 inside; his/her sauna; tennis court; shuffle boards; BBQ area with tables on each side of the building; Bikini Bob-a local own small restaurant; a Tiki Bar by the pool and a snack shop(in season). On the beach itself, guests are welcome to rent beach chairs with umbrella, jet ski and other beach activities. However, book with us and we will provide you with FREE Beach Service in Season ( 2 lounge chairs w/umbrella reserved for the length of your stay-$60/day value). NOTE Our rates INCLUDE the Resort fee.

Unique Benefits

The minute we walk into the condo, we felt in love with the view and the feeling we got. We felt like we were in the Island with the beautiful view of The Gulf of Mexico, and all the palm trees. It was such a peaceful feeling!!! The complex has so many amenities with its hot tubs, pools(heated), sauna,,,,,, for the money...it cant beat. That is why we decided that we would make this condo...our 'Island Retreat'.

Why Kids Love It

We have children ourselves, so ...our condo is children friendly. We keep beach toys for the little ones and plenty board games from Candyland to Monopoly. The bunks were design with kids in mind as each bunk as it own light, USB port ( childproof) and book case. The complex has kiddie pool as well and in season , Memorial Weekend to Mid August.....movies by the pool and a kid program.

We are located on Thomas Drive near restaurants, shops, grocery, pharmacy, family activities......Our complex is a gated community with 24/7 security. Arm bands/Parking pass are required for your safety
