Cancellation fee:
Free cancellation up to 180 days before the beginning of the rental period;
admin fee 7 or more days after booking: 3 % of total rental cost with a maximum of $250
- 35 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 180 to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 50 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 60 to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 100 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period

Very nice place to stay. The river view is amazing. The pool table is something I could have done without - but that is my opinion:) otherwise, it’s everything you need.

Lynn H.Beautiful rental
This home was located in a private neighborhood, and was very clean and inviting. The outdoor living area was a plus. The home is spacious, and well decorated. The kitchen contained all utensils necessary for preparing meals. The 6 bikes in the garage were appreciated. Our three couples were very pleased with the accommodations and we would all recommend it.
