Imagine a vacation like no other spent in a 9 bedroom, 10 bath custom luxury lakefront pool villa. The Formosa Grand is located in the exclusive gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates and one of the closest communities to Disney (less than 10 minutes!!) No expense was spared in the gorgeous estate which also makes it an ideal setting for intimate weddings.
You will be wowed as soon as you enter and take note of the polished marble floors, grand staircase, marbled pillars, 20ft high ceilings & baby grand piano! The main living area has 2 separate seating areas with a large wall mounted flat screen TV for viewing when you aren't taking in the views of the pool & lake. As you make your way into the open concept kitchen & dining area, you will immediately notice the custom details and picturesque view overlooking the pool area & lake. The kitchen is fully stocked if you decide to prepare your own meals & a Keurig is provided for coffee lovers. Granite counter tops & large bar area with plenty of seating & prep space help to make this space a chef's dream & perfect for entertaining. The dining table has seating for 10. There is also a wine cellar with bar & cooler adjacent to the kitchen. The laundry room is on the main floor with a large washing machine & twin dryers for guest use.
There are 5 bedrooms on the main level and all have luxury linens, flat screen TVs & their own attached bath!

Bedroom 2: King 4 poster bed with separate sitting/dining area. Private access to the pool. En suite with double vanity, whirlpool tub & custom walk thru shower

Bedroom 4: Also known as "The Chill Room" Elevated king bed with starlight ceiling. Large Flat Screen TV with surround sound, leather couch & bath with walk in shower.
Bedroom 5: Star Wars Themed Room with 2 sets of bunk beds (full sized beds sleeping 8) There is a dual games arcade system with over 700 games as well as an Xbox 360 (games not provided). There is also an en suite with shower.
You can choose from 2 separate staircases to make your way to the upstairs living area. The upper balcony overlooks the downstairs & has seating areas provided. A desk/work space with computer is available for those that may need to keep in touch with work while away. There is a movie room with 150 inch screen with surround sound and seating for 16 on comfortable couches. Also in this room is a pool table, wet bar and total body nautilus machine. This room has a southwest facing balcony that is perfect for watching sunsets.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs which all contain luxury linens, flat screen TVs & their own bath!

With over 120ft of balconies, outdoor kitchen & infinity pool & spa you may never want to come inside! The outdoor pool area features a paved pool deck with a 55" south facing infinity edge pool with cascading waterfall and integrated spa overlooking the lake. You are sure to see an abundance of wildlife! There is an outdoor kitchen, large dining table with seating for 8, luxury loungers & couches and even a full bath! The upper balcony is 80ft and overlooks the lake and lower pool area. There are couches, loungers and a flat screen TV for entertaining and relaxing.

About the host: Joe & Amber live in West Virginia & have been married for 21 yrs. They have 3 beautiful children, Owen (12) , Olive Jean (10) and Oak (4). Joe owns his own land surveying & engineering company & Amber is a physician assistant and homeschool mom.
Why this property? Absolutely breathtaking property that is truly one of a kind. From the gorgeous views of the lake, tons of space for outdoor entertaining & the proximity to everything the Disney area has to offer....we couldn't say no!

The house was Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! This was perfect for our small wedding. Each guest had their own suite. The morning views were breath taking. Amber made sure we had everything we needed. You may want to bring extra toiletries, washing detergent and garbage bags. But, that's the normal.I'm looking forward to returning for our one year anniversary

When we arrived at the home and opened the door it was breath taking! All of the rooms were beautiful, and the place was clean and equipped with everything in the kitchen. The first night we didn't have hot water and contacted the property manager and the problem was repaired within hours. The area is secure with a gate code, and located close to everything. This is the idea place for a large family and friends to be together under one roof. We will definitely rent this home again.

We absolutely loved this villa! We enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the sun set every evening. Keeping the kids away from all the statues and sculptures was a bit of a task but we definitely enjoyed.

Nothing’s perfect but this was soooo close! Spacious bedrooms everyone enjoyed their private baths. Dishes were not clean and one guest had old, stained linens and the floors hadn’t been mopped. Otherwise, grand!

We did Thanksgiving in this mansion. It was all that and more. If you want to stay in a real mansion this is the one. I am so glad I found this one for my family. We enjoyed rvery second. When there was a question the owner and the property manager were quick to respond. Great property, great owners, and great property manager. Really didn't need any pots, pans, or dishes. We didn't know so we brought our own. It's equipped with a washer and 2 dryers. I recommend it to all who inquirer.

This home was all it was said to be. My family stayed here for our Thanksgiving family getaway. This home was more than I could imagine. Even looking at the picture doesn't do it the justice it is. Very large and spacious. I would recommend this home to anybody who wants to stay in luxury. We will surely stay here again if available.
