Strict - You should purchase travel insurance if there is a possibility of a cancellation. We will refund 100% -$150 marketing fee for cancellations before 90 days of your winter vacation check-in date. Inside 90 days we will only refund your reservation if we can re-rent your time period. During the summer and off season rates will refund 100 - less $150 sales/marketing fee up to 30 days before your vacation date. 30 days or less there is no refund unless we can re-rent your vacation dates.

Our home on Kimball Rd, Venice Florida was warm and welcoming. The perfect place to spend our winter vacation. Close to tennis courts, walking/biking trails and many beaches. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for family visitors. We enjoyed the private backyard for morning coffee and after a busy day enjoying and exploring beautiful Sarasota county. Our landlord Don was always available if we had questions or needed anything. He was open to suggestions to improve the home for a more enjoyable home away from home. We will be back!!

I always enjoy great guests who biked to the near by biking trails, enjoyed the area attractions and unique south Florida beach side activities. I am also over welmed with the improvements through the backyard gardening. I'm still eating ripe tomatoes and green beans. Thanks to great Canadian guests.
