Great Key Largo location
We really liked that this condo was pet friendly and super close to the pool. Our boat was docked in the marina on property just a short walk away and the golf cart was handy to take "Happy Hour" supplies to the beach to watch the sunsets.

Vacation
The place was amazing clean with everything you will need perfect location right next to the lagoon in pool. Paddle boards canoes and a golf cart were available for use. The host was friendly and easy to get in contact with. would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Family friendly, good location.
Spacious accomodation - "quirky" lots of random finds ALL over the place. Hubby complained that the mattress protectors "crinkled n made him sweat" but we u/stand the need for them (perhaps some cotton faced ones next time they need replacing). Very well equipped and access to Norman's beach gear (paddle boards, canoes, life vests, fishing equipment) was a huge + for us. The 3 pools? meant they were never too busy, there were plenty of sun beds at all times. The lagoon was not for those that like clear, clean water. There were lots of fish and hubby swam the entire length to the "beach" end but could not see much due to silt, even when just snorkelling. Just 2 things that we feel could improve things :1. Socks and feet were black from walking on the hard floors - within seconds of getting out of the shower, black feet again. Wear flip flops (oops, thongs) at all times. Possibly the floors need some kind of commercial clean. The rest of the apt was spotless. 2. Norman asked us to call him the day b4 our arrival, then again 1 hour b4 our arrival. This was a challenge as our UK mobs for some reason would not work. One of us had an i phone but had to sign up to a daily plan in order to call each time. An e mail the day b4 with an eta should have been enough .3. Norman is very conscientious, feeling the need to show us around the development and explain e/thing. This he clearly does VERY often, it must be exhausting. Can we suggest that a site plan, showing all his equipment sheds etc, along with advice and details be left in the apt on a laminated sheet , pinned to the wall (or similar) . After a long drive, it was hard to trail around the complex, and take in all the info - luckilly I had younger brains alongside me who managed to "log in" the info.We had a great time, just needed more.

Heaven in Key Largo!!!
This was my first trip to Key Largo, to any of the Keys. I totally loved it, the property is secluded and beautiful. Norman was an excellent host, and answered questions before they could ever be asked or thought of. The iguanas and Teddy Tarpon was so much fun to see and feed. Every morning I would feed Teddy Tarpon he loves his meatballs which Teddy lives in the saltwater lagoon right outside the townhouse. Very well cared for property, to include the townhouse, pools, beaches, and everything was awesome. We have already decided to come back again next year and to stay in the same townhouse, unless the parents come with us then we shall upgrade to a bigger property.
