Beautiful, exceptionally clean and cozy beach house

There is no comparison! Better yet, bike on one of our PROVIDED bikes in five minutes. You will love this house on the Orchid barrier island across the intercostal bridge. It is next to Summerplace in an old artist colony community. It is tastefully decorated with everything that you could possibly need. It has glass kitchen cabinets that are newly painted white, and a granite island in the kitchen. We recently put in white wood-look tile floors in the living room, hall and kitchen. There is new furniture and a rug in the living room. We added a 350 square foot screened in no see'm porch. The backyard landscaping is full, rich, and lush. There is Florida jungle on one side to insure complete privacy. The outdoor shower is completely private and is enclosed in Elephant Ear plants. There are 3 giant sea oaks in the backyard. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes or less. We provide 8 bikes to ride to the beach in minutes, and a bike trailer to bring umbrellas and chairs. You can also bike or walk to the Jungle trail by the lovely Indian River. This trail goes for miles north and south. There is another wonderful bike or walking trail along A1A to the Sebastian inlet. There are two BeautyRest beds in the master and the guest rooms. The third bedroom has a memory foam sleeper sofa. The first National Wildlife preserve is 3.5 miles away at Pelican Island. It is the number one nesting are in the US for Loggerhead turtles. You can see these huge turtles laying eggs on the beach in the evening. There is a river walk across the bridge with restaurant and live music entertainment. The Disney Vero Resort is next to the public beach area here. It has a restaurant and an eagle's nest bar high above the ocean. Everything is provided to make your stay enjoyable!
