Area Information
Casa Marina is located on the southern quiet end of Fort Myers Beach. You can travel by car, boat, or the Fort Myers Beach trolley to go up and down Estero Boulevard (the main street between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs) for 50 cents a ride. Times Square is north of Casa Marina where you will find additional shopping, restaurants and nightlife. At the beach you can rent water sports equipment, and find local entertainment at one of the beach-side hotels, restaurants and shops. The sunsets at the beach are amazing (don’t forget your camera)! You can often spot dolphins from the beach.
Santini Plaza (under repairs) is a short walking distance away. Here you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. At the Fish Tale Marina (under repairs) you can rent boats, buy fishing bait, go on local excursions such as fishing charters, dolphin watching and sunset tours. Within a few blocks of the unit, you’ll also find a full service Publix grocery, a CVS drug store and bank. There is a cinema (under repairs) that will serve your favorite adult beverages while you enjoy the latest first-run releases. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

About the host: We are new owners at Casa Marina as of Sept 2018. We loved the area so much we bought a this place. We try to spend as much time in the area as possible! We have lived in Minnesota our entire lives and plan to retire in FMB at some point!

Ed P.A Most Enjoyable Stay
We have rented four Casa Marina condos on five occasions since 2015. As a former boater my favorite had been on the main canal leading in to Fish Tale Marina. This year, however, our month in Casa Marina 734 was the most enjoyable stay of all for both my wife and me. The east facing lanai gets the early morning sun. And being our first time in an end unit, we couldn't get over all the natural light with the south facing windows. We really enjoyed the view of the bay straight out through the lanai. In the late afternoon the lanai is shaded and often gets a cool breeze making for delightful hanging out after the beach. We found the bed in the master to be very comfortable, something I cannot say for most other rentals we've been in. The furnishings are comfortable and clean. The unit is the most well stocked we've rented, plenty of everything. The owners are gracious, very reasonable in all dealings and obviously take pride in their condo. We like to walk a lot and the area around Bay Beach Lane is safe with not much traffic. Walking to Santini Plaza this year was not so pleasant with the current road and drainage project on Estero Blvd, but it should be completed for next season. However, it did not impede getting around by car. All in all, it was a most pleasant month! We hope to rent here again in the future.

We could not enjoy the condo due to the travel restrictions during the COVID 19 pandemic. With two weeks before our spring break vacation, we cancelled. The agreement stated a 90 day cancellation period. However, the owners were very generous and refunded our security deposit and rental fees except for $200 which we can apply towards next year. Great people!

KrystaGreat South Ft Myers Beach Rental!
Me and my two children spent a week at this condo last February and loved the weather, accommodations, and the south Fort Myers Beach area! Casa Marina unit 734 was a nice, clean and roomy condo with great views of the back Estero Bay. Pool area is also great. Right outside the condo is a canal that you can see the friendly manatees come in and float around. I would definitely recommend this area and condo. We will be back!
