The house was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured on web site. Decorated very professionally and well maintained. The club house had just opened so everything was gorgeous, and we all loved the lazy river. We would defiantly stay there again

The owner was great first and foremost he was very negotiable with the dates and my family was very appreciative for that. The house is fantastic ,perfect for a large family and the neighborhood was great as well, would definitely recommend this house to my friends and family

Home is actually nicer than the photos. Very spacious. Plenty of room for four families with seven kids. Everyone had their own space. Living room could probably use better couch/seating set up, but that is minor. Liu addressed any concerns that we had. Pool was great. Club house is amazing with large pool area, lazy river, free arcade. It's basically brand new. Development still being built out. Our family had a great time and we'll strongly consider coming back. About 25-30 minutes to the parks.

My family and friends (17 adults, at staggering times) just spent a week at this lovely home in Kissimmee. Though somewhat distant from theme parks and Orlando proper, it is close enough to provide reasonable access, especially at a decent price for a large group. Grocery stores are very accessible; roads are excellent.
The house itself is very nice, and as clean as most people keep their own homes. Everything was in working order, with the exception of the pool, which was not warming properly until the last day, and the grill gas jets, which one of my guests fixed. Honestly, the air temps were so cool, that we were not much of a mind to swim anyway. Service staff were around to attend to complaints/repairs. Beds/baths were clean, comfortable. Two level heat/AC worked quite well. TVs in every bedroom. Pool table, foosball. Two washer/dryer sets. A couple baby/child strollers, plus pack n play, should you need. Plenty of plates, flatware, adequate cook/serveware. Truly, just the TP on the wall in each bath, and just one small soap each bath! There are NO extra blankets for those who needed.
Not so much as salt, pepper, sugar; bring/buy all you need.
The clubhouse on site is very nice, drinks moderately priced, some snacks. The pool is one of the nicest I have seen in a non-hotel resort, a true kid-magnet. Our group really enjoyed the “lazy river.” It was sometimes difficult to find lounge chairs at peak times.

The home was an awesome place to spend with our three son's families while visiting Disney World. You do need to make sure you bring all of your food items there is nothing in the cupboards. There is no electric grill pan or grill pan for pancakes or 9x12 cake pan. We tended to cook our meals in. We would recommend this home with a large group.

The house was everything that the pictures portray! Brand new with lots of space and a well laid out floor plan. We had 6 kids and 11 adults and we had plenty of room. The master bedroom downstairs had a door from its bathroom that accessed the pool area. The dining table was set with table settings that we immediately put away so the kids couldn't accidentally break anything and we used paper plates and cups. There was plenty of pots and pans, a blender, a toaster, pizza trays, sheet pans, silverware and all kinds of utensils. Hot pads and trivets were supplied as well as plenty of everyday dishes and glasses. The food pantry closet afforded us a lot of space for our groceries. The side by side refrigerator/freezer was big enough with a water dispenser on the outside of the door. The sink was equipped with a garbage disposal system. We put our garbage out every night and it was picked up the next morning after 9:00AM. The game room upstairs was huge and included a cabinet area with a sink and an under the counter frig. Fooseball, a pool table and a shuffleboard table were present and seven bedrooms were accessed by this large room that was carpeted. Downstairs, the tiled floor kitchen, dining area, and living area was one big room with plenty of space for everyone. 4 stools lined the island on one side which made supervision of the children very easy. Plenty of counter space to work off of. The pool area had a table with 6 chairs, a bar table with 4 chairs, 4 chaise lounge chairs and 4 ottomans. Plenty of seating for everyone. There was a pool closet with pool toys to be used. 2 washing machines in the laundry room and 2 dryers in the garage area. Plenty of towels provided!! We had 2 cars and a 12 passenger van. Could only fit one car in the garage because of the dryers. We really enjoyed our stay with all of the space!
Small negatives - Upon arrival, we inspected everything for past breakage/damage. There was a doorknob missing on a closet door upstairs. The grill was dirty but we weren't going to use it anyway. We had paid for the pool to be heated and the heat was not on. The pool needed to be cleaned. We made a phone call to the owner and he told us we would not be blamed for the missing door handle or the dirty grill. He sent a lady to the house to turn on the pool heater and arranged for the pool to be cleaned the next day. These were minor issues and we can't wait to come back and rent this house again!!!!

We enjoyed everything about this home, it was perfect for our family, we definitely utilized the pool and hot tub , the clubhouse was also very nice to get out and go to with the little kids, not to mention us adults enjoyed a cocktail as well. I would recommend this property to anyone and would gladly stay again.

This location was amazing with lots of space. My family truly enjoyed our stay away from home on our family vacation. The property owner was extremely hospitable and responded immediately with answers to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful. There was plenty of space and lots to do. We didn't have as many people with us as we originally expected with us, there was more than enough space for the 9 people we had. Next time we'll bring more friends. The neighborhood is great the club house w/pool and café is wonderful. I was a little worried at first because I couldn't find the house on google maps (it's so new). I thought maybe it was a scam but let me assure you it's real! I will definitely book with Iverson again. He was great to work with.

This property is as seen on site (Beautiful). What you see is what you get, actually it's more beautiful in person. Very spacious room for everyone. Comes equipped with everything you need for the kitchen if you want to cook. The game room was awesome for the kids. We fail in love with this vacation home. Will rent again!!!!!

The house was amazing, has all the amenities needed to enjoy a family holiday. But it is noteworthy that the temperature of the air conditioner was not adequate for such a large house. It was warm night and day, and as directed by the manual, no one moved the thermostats.

This place was fantastic and I would recommend it to any large family looking for the Disney, Universal experience. Three turns and 15 minutes got you to Disney, a bit farther to Universal. House is beautifully decorated, 9 spacious bedrooms, pool and hot tub. Both, kids and adults had a wonderful time at Windsor’s community center. Loads of fun at the free game room; up-to-date and full exercise room; pool area, hot tub and lazy river were refreshing in the hot Florida sun; basketball courts; soccer field; lake; fully stocked bar; tattoos and tie-dyed shirts for the kids; lots of other fun activities. Cost is ridiculously low.

Our family stayed in this amazing vacation home and we did not want to leave. The home is beautiful just like the photos on the website, if not more beautiful in person. We thoroughly enjoy all the amenities at the Windsor Westside clubhouse. The kids loved and adults loved the lazy pool!!!
