Large kitchen and dining area seating 10. Located on the less congested southwest side of the Disney Parks for faster entrance and less traffic!
There is on site Concierge Service in the Club House. The villas are set in 330 acres of woodland approached via an elegant boulevard with lakes and fountains, which leads to the gates of this prestigious resort where the gates are manned 24/7.
My villa boasts three Master Bedrooms, two excellent living and family rooms, both with elegant elevated ceilings, one overlooking and giving access to the pool area. There is a beautiful Master King Suite with (United States) King-sized bed, widescreen cable TV, ceiling fan and luxury en-suite with large corner bath, double-sized shower and twin marble vanity basins + large walk in closet with safe.
There are two Queen Rooms, one with en-suite bathroom and widescreen cable TV, and the other with access to a bathroom just across the hall (and widescreen cable TV), also two twin rooms, one with Mickey Mouse cable TV, the other with widescreen cable TV. A pool bathroom gives direct access from both the pool and the house.
The villa has a large fully-equipped kitchen, and dining area with seating for ten. There are 8 cable TVs, including 2 x 40" TV's, one is 4K. Blue Ray player and DVD players plus movies,We now have internet streaming for unlimited movies, Netflix etc. and Tivo system for playback live TV, recording etc. PlayStation 3 plus games, and a portable Stereo MP3 player, CD/Radio. Hairdryers in all bathrooms and phone with free international calling. All linens provided, Patio furniture, sun loungers, and pool toys provided for your use. Facilities also include an electronic safe, Baby's reclining high chair, stroller and portable cot.
Unique Benefits
We visited lots of resorts in the area, but were immediately struck by Emerald Island. The beautiful entrance and landscaping gave it a wow factor even while it was under construction. We loved the Emerald Island location, the proximity to Disney, easy access to golf, shopping, and restaurants of all kinds on our doorstep. The property was well planned, light and airy and we thought an ideal choice both for our family and for guests.

So many people write back to tell us how much their kids love the games room, the pool and the themed bedrooms. We are so close to Disney you can even come home for lunch!
Area Information
Emerald Island is in a prime location just 5 Minutes from Disney, 15 from Epcot and 20 minutes from Universal. We are within easy reach of all the world class golf courses and a couple of minutes from mini golf. The Outlet Mall is just 15 minutes or less.

Our Resort Club House with Resort Pool, Spa and licensed Tiki Hut Bar for poolside drinks and snacks. Our Club House has lounge with TV, Fitness center, video arcade, Sauna. You can also walk to tennis courts, volleyball court and children play area just around the corner. There is a winery also within walking distance which serves lunch.

About the host: I am a married father of two. Although I was born in England I now work and live in New Jersey. We drive to Florida at least once a year and love the time we spend at the house. Our family visit from England every year and we have great times by the pool and in the parks with all the children.
Why this property? We chose this house for it's proximity to Disney and all the attractions of the area. We were impressed with the beautiful landscaping and impressive entrance driveway past lakes and fountains on the Resort. The house is light, airy and welcoming.

Very comfortable stay! We had a group of 4 adults and 3 kiddos, and each of us enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and well appointed. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, and VERY responsive to our needs.Great points of home: FANTASTIC location to Disney parks. Great location in regard to restaurants and grocery stores. Had groceries delivered from Wal-Mart right to our home. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable accommodations we have ever had in a vacation rental. The house was sparkling clean.The extra heater in the pool made the water temperature VERY comfortable, even with highs in the 60s and lows in the 50s at night. Pool was very clean, and NOT over chlorinated, like we tend to find in rentals. Definitely worth the extra to get the pool heater.The game room was very fun -- we all enjoyed it. The air hockey table was a favorite for all.Heating and cooling in the home-- PERFECT. Heat and air both worked fantastic.Plenty of towels and linens provided fully stocked kitchen.The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful -- VERY well taken care of, and maintained. Definitely one of the best maintained that we saw. Felt very safe with the gated entry and security at the front. Felt very comfortable going for walks during the evening thru out the property. A few small details that would be nice to have addressed, and were discussed with owner: interior pool light out, batteries needed in remotes, princess alarm clock and projector not working in kids room, would be nice to have some non slip rugs at entry and exit by interior doors, as floors can get VERY slippery due to rain/pool.Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. You can tell that the owner cares for his guests, and it was a lovely stay. We really enjoyed ourselves, and if we find ourselves back in the area, this will be our "go to" vacation rental.Thanks for your hospitality, Ian!

This is a lovely villa on a quiet, gated development with supermarket and restaurants nearby. The villa was clean and comfortable and ideal for a family. The pool and hot tub were the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the parks. We would certainly book again.

We stayed here Owner was very responsive and great to work with. The home is absolutely beautiful & clean as is in picture!! Loved that it is in a gated community with your own private pool/spa, game room with air hockey, pool and fuse ball and a washer & dryer. Each bedroom has its own tv and in both living rooms. It's in a beautiful resort off the beaten path but very close to everything you need...Walmart, gas stations, restaurants, shopping & all the parks! Absolutely loved being able to come back to this house after long days at the parks and relax in this gorgeous home. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed in this home at The beautiful Emerald island resort April 23-may 10 2022.. owner is very responsive and great to work with.. This home was immaculate, clean as is in picture!! it is in a gated community with private pool/spa . There is a clubhouse with tiki bar, mini golf, playground and basketball which our family enjoyed.. there is also tennis and volleyball as well. The house has their own game room with air hockey, pool and fuse ball and laundry. Each bedroom has its own tv and in both living rooms. It is close to a big Walmart, gas stations and restaurants, shopping! And close to Disney and about 25-30 min to universal studios depending on traffic. Absolutely loved being able to come back to this house after long days at the parks and relax in this gorgeous home.. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!!!
