This single level home is situated on a crystal clear flow through deep water canal. The home features an in ground private pool surrounded by tropical landscaping.
The open floor plan provides for excellent entertaining possibilities with a large great room, spacious kitchen and dining area. The living area also has a full size futon which can also be used as a bed.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, and sliding glass door to the screened in porch that overlooks the water. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and ample closet space.
The home also has a washer, & dryer.
Living areas, bedrooms and screened in porch all have ceiling fans.
The home has a 60 ft dock complete with electric, water, and fish cleaning table.

This is a great place to stay. It has all the luxuries of home and in a good location. The canal access was very convenient for our Atlantic and Gulf boat trips. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the water. Fred is a great host and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend it!

This was supposed to be on my prior review not sure why it didn't show up.not only was the front yard with the pool a perfect oasis we have never had a house rental that was as fully stocked with any thing you may need from linens to pots and pans.and the house was very clean and perfect for 4 people.we will definitely be back.

Rented this home for the month of January very nice place.we have been coming to the keys for 16 years and have stayed in key largo and marathon area this by far is the most layed back area so far.loved the privacy of this homes pool area and rented a boat for 4 days from dillion just a short walk down the road and brought back and tied up right at our dock.will definitely be back thanks fred

It's centeral location in Big Pine Key makes a trip to the store easy and access to the ocean is a short boat trip away. I would recommend this rental for a family of 4 who wants easy access to everything the Keys has to offer.
