This was a great vacation home for our family Disney vacation! The unit was really nice, very clean, and everything was as advertised. The layout was great The private hot tub is really nice too! We really liked the community too - the pool, playground, and club house were all very nice! The super Target was really close and very nice! The other shopping was really close and nice too! I would highly recommend it for your next family vacation! We spent some time in the Disney parks, and it wasn't a bad drive at all!

This was my first time renting a vacation home and It was a great experience. The home was beautiful. Had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The amenities offered were great and easily accessible. It's located in a good area. It was close to a lot of attractions, food and shopping. The owner was easy to work with and was quick to respond to questions and concerns. I will definitely do this again when I return to Florida.

We stayed at this house since June 26 to July 3rd, the place was great, clean, lots of space in the bedrooms, all the linen was clean and not old, the kitchen was big with most of the stuff needed to cook right away, we didn't have any issues. The locations is perfect if you're planning to visit Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World or any other park in the area, the nearest beach is an hour away but again is worth it since the water in Florida is never cold. The pictures don't do justice to this beautiful home, the Jacuzzi is a plus plus all the tvs, cable boxes were working, if you have small kids you know how important this is. Again if you're planning to visit Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld or any other attraction in the area, I recommend this house, specially if you're have 10 people in your group, you'll sleep great in this house.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for six days! The neighborhood was so peaceful and clean! Wal- Mart and other shopping businesses (restaurants) that were frequently used were just around the corner. The kids loved the pool area. My biggest regret was not getting a chance to use the movie theater! On the last night I cooked for relatives that were staying at other resorts in the area that I visited while staying at Coral Clay! My family was blown away with the size and beauty of this home! They even said that they would consider staying at this place in the future although they own timeshare at other resorts in the area! I also enjoyed the hot tub a few nights during the stay! This home made my stay in Kissimmee the perfect vacation! Thanks!!!!

Our family had 5 adults and 1 child. The accommodations perfectly meet our needs. We were about 15 min from Disney. About 10 or less from Walmart Publix Target and many convenient shopping areas. Liu is vey easy to work with!

My family of 10 rented this condo for spring break March 2015. Very clean and all of us had our space. Few issues but called maintenance and the issue was resolved immediately. Would definitely stay there again

The condo is quiet, well maintained, the house is great !!! Quite surprised !!! Great rooms, with many cabinets, great bedding and large bathroom as well !!! For those who go with children and infants is very good !!! All loved and for sure we will return to this house !!! Thank you Mr. Iverson

My family of 9 stayed here for a week in March and it was so nice to have our own space and place to relax! It was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and rest after a long day at the parks. I will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

This property is very well worth the money. It was very clean and in a wonderful area. Our stay was hindered by the fact that the hot tub NEVER worked, even tho I had read another review that said it didn't work on their stay either. I had notified them prior to arrival to make sure it DID work. Guess they can't read English. Was majorly disappointed in non working hot tub. They did refund me $50 for hot tub problem. But otherwise LOVED the condo, had we had a working hot tub I would have given it 10+ stars.

I rented this townhouse for my birthday weekend and it was such a great deal! It came with so many amenities, was clean, and the renter responded quickly. Loved it

My family of 5 stayed here June 13-16, 2014. This was my 1st experience with a vacation rental and I was very skeptical, but due to needing the extra room and the price was cheaper than renting 2 nice hotel rooms I took a chance and I couldn't have made a better decision. I would like to Thank Iverson for not only letting my family enjoy his beautiful home, but being very quick with responses and so helpful throughout the booking process. Everything was as advertised and more. The home was very clean and this owner thought of everything regarding the amenities to make our stay comfortable even taking in consideration regarding kids by providing WiFi, a Nintendo Wii and several board games. The gated community was close to shopping, restaurants and theme parks but private enough to get away from it all and relax. Instead of eating out which could get very expensive with 5 people, we took full advantage of the spacious kitchen that was fully stocked with cookware/tableware/utensils. We couldn't get the private hot tub to work, but maintenance came early Monday morning to fix the problem, unfortunately we were leaving that day. Other than that very minor issue, there's nothing I can say negative about this home and I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
