The home was actually even better than expected!!! It was really spacious, clean and well decorated. The kids loved the Wii, board games and of course the games room. The fully stocked kitchen gave us the chance to prepare the feast for the big group. Another thing I have to mention is the amazing swimming pool with the hot tub. It was nice, clean and refreshing. We all had a really good time ! I highly recommend this beautiful villa to everyone!

This home has everything you need to have a long stay vacation. We had five families: 9 adults and 9 kids staying for a whole week under the sandcastle roof. Many memories were made. The kids loved the pool. The dads loved the grill and the moms loved the open space.

The size of the house was perfect for our party of 16 women. The lanai/pool area was very relaxing and a great place to hang out. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were perfect. It's was so close to Disney and universal studios took only about 25 minutes.

Very nice development and area. House was beautiful, clean and cozy. The pool isn't the biggest but it's not the smallest but big enough for us to have fun it. Plenty of space and kitchen table accommodates everyone. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this home for a family vacation. The home was perfect in every way. All bed rooms were large and comfortable. Everybody loved the pool. The home was clean and equipped with everything you'd need. I highly recommend this location.

First off, WE had a great time. the home was clean, new, and convienient to all the locations we were hoping for. This was our first time renting a property on any vacation, and we vacation quite often. I would highly recommend this home and trip advisor for making this easy and totally stress free. I can't wait to start planning our next getaway!!!!!

My family stayed at this home for a week and we had everything that we could ever need here lots of towels washer and dyer . We really had a great time staying here the people around are very friendly. We will be back next year.

First time renting a vacation home and it exceeded our expectations. We had 5 families in the house for kids' sporting event and there was plenty of space. All adults had their own bedrooms with some of the kids sharing. Living room, kitchen and pool deck provided plenty of space for everyone to gather. Teen / tween kids liked to use the gameroom (garage). It was pretty warm out there in the summer but kids didn't mind. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils. There were a few nicks and scrapes on the walls but overall it was in good condition. Linens and some of the furnishings in kids' rooms are an interesting mix of bargain bin stuff (Hannah Montana, Spongebob, Disney.) The master bedroom has an enormous walk-in closet which actually served as a makeshift bedroom for two kids who wanted to be close to mom & dad. Two portable, fold-open camping cots were provided, along with foam pads and linens. There seemed to be plenty of bath towels for all occupants, although we did have to wash frequently with so many people sharing and no good way to keep track of who used which towel. Others in our group said the community pool was nice, although I never visited myself. Note parking could be an issue if you have a particularly large group as there is no street parking allowed in the community. We typically had only 3 cars for our group. The absolute maximum the driveway will hold is 5 vehicles--four parked 2x2 as close to the house as possible and a 5th parked sideways at the very end of the drive. Owner was very helpful in answering questions and providing instructions prior to arrival. Overall no major complaints. Would stay there again.

We went to Florida to visit our relatives in January this year, we stayed in this villa for 5 nights. It was clean, private and just perfect for family gathering. The pool was fantastic! It was one of the nicest places we have rented on vacation time！ We would like to live in again next time.

We stayed for a long weekend here & loved it. 2 families had tonnes of space and enjoyed the house! Close to everything we needed- Disney, the Mall & Universal! A very quiet neighbourhood we didn't see anyone else at all. Only one minor minor comment, we had to buy in dish liquid, soap, trash bags, kitchen towels, loo rolls etc - which for a longer rental be cool but was a big expense for a few days and we left a lot behind - hope the next guests get the benefit. Overall a fab place recommend to all!! Thanks!

This was the second time for us renting from Iverson, all I wanna say is thank you, Iverson! We had a really greeeeeeeeeeat time in Orlando. The home was spacious, super cozy, clean and with an elegant touch. We found everything that we need in the fully stocked kitchen, I felt like I was home. The beds were comfort, the towels were clean and we all loved the super comfort sofa! There was nothing that I could complain about. My husband and me enjoyed relaxing in the pool during the night time, it’s a good way for us to relieve pressure, loved it. My little cousins enjoyed their rooms, the games room, the pool as well. I found the owner was so considerate, they even had the corner cushions in the kids room for kids’ safety. It’s a great home for big family gathering. All in all, excellent!!!!We will definitely come back again!
