Welcome to Paradise!!! No roads to cross and no buildings to block your views, you're already there on the beach. Great for small families and couples. 2 BR, 2BA with elevator access and parking right next to the building. Only 30 units, our condos are horseshoe shaped surrounding a lovely courtyard and beachside pool. You can sit on your balcony and actually talk to your family and friends down at the pool because you are that close. This is an especially nice feature for those with young children. We also have 2 gas grills and picnic table in the pool area which is nice for those times when you aren't ready to leave the pool. The beach and dunes are located right outside the pool gate and just a 5 minute walk through the sand until your toes are touching water. The water is a crystal clear emerald shade which is why snorkeling is so good at this location. The area is similar to a cove and is excellent for scuba diving as well, so no need to pay for either, just step out on the beach and walk to the water. The jetties are just steps away and fantastic for reef fishing. The "Reds," Flounder, Amberjack and Pompano are just a few of the types of fish you can expect to catch here during different times of the year. So, just bring your fishing gear on down. We have a King Bed in the Master and Twin Beds in the 2nd Bedroom. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area. Fully furnished kitchen with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable all the way down to Belgium Waffle Iron and Keurig Coffee Maker,plus Automatic Drip coffee maker.Washer and Dryer are located in the kitchen as well. On our balcony you will find a Bar Height table and Chairs for your boat watching, sunset dining or simply reading and just relaxing.

Why Kids Love It
Our pool is located in the middle of our complex facing the Beach.. Parents can watch their kids from our balcony. The Beach provides seemingly endless white sand. One guest described it as a giant sandbox. The children, young and old ,love finding little Fiddler Crabs all along the shore line. Playing along the jetty rocks and the small pools that have been created as the waves come in. The Dolphin Boat goes by several times a day , occasionally The peanut man and Ice Cream girl. They will not be bored. Boats of all sizes. Fishing boats small andPass large. Sailboats, a few racing boats, jet skis, you name it:not as much traffic.much traffic
Area Information
Located on beautiful Holiday Isle, a 2 mile peninsular almost totally surrounded by water and away from major thoroughfare traffic. The Harbour is on one side and our condo is on the beach. Palm tree lined street and sidewalks are great for walking, jogging and biking. Or you could just sit on your balcony and enjoy the view of the water and powder soft white sand and dunes while watching the endless stream of boats of all shapes and sizes sailing by. Then you could take the Water Taxi over to the Harbor for some fantastic seafood, shopping or endless nightlife.

This was my second trip to this condo! I love the sunsets, watching dolphins play, the super clear water, walking by the rocks and more! Condo is always super clean, enough towels, great balcony furniture for meals. I love staying in the jetty for calmer water for my daughter. Owners are great with communication and any needs. Super attentive. Already booked our end of summer trip! This is your spot if you love to fish and see pretty fish!

This condo is perfect for us. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants, stores and of course, the beach. The condo is always clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. We love the balcony and just relaxing with a beautiful view. We have been staying here for the last 6 years and always look forward to our next stay. The owners are very accommodating and friendly.

Destin Hideaway is a beautiful condo at a great location! This was our first stay here for me and my wife (65 and 64). Very comfortable well maintained with adequate furnishings and lovely decor, Everything we needed was supplied. I loved sitting on the balcony in the quiet mornings drinking my coffee and watching the boats leaving the harbor. Also enjoyed fishing off the jetties even if it was quite a walk. The beach is a bit of a walk as well. It is nice but it was a little disappointing to find out that people are shuttled in to use the beach. Saw plenty of dolphins and enjoyed the sunsets.The location is secure with coded gates. Easy in and out. The elevators and carts made it easy to load and unload. The unit is to the right on the second floor shown in the picture, great for watching the kids in the pool!The owners are wonderful to work with and will make sure your stay is perfect! Our family, once again, arrived to perfection at Destin Hideaway. Our hosts were completely attentive, Our condo was sparkling upon arrival. The view, spectacular! The snorkeling never disappointed. Teenage daughter enjoyed her afternoon sun at the beautiful, friendly poolside. Gas grills were super handy. Exquisite sunsets...what's not to love? We will be back.

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The view of the ocean and the condo grounds were spectacular. Even other guests staying were very friendly and respectable. The condo's location was superb - close to the bay, making it easy to access several waterfront restaurants and Harbor Walk Village by water taxi (so fun). The unit was clean and fully stocked, which was so helpful to our family. Thank you, Mary and Chuck, for a wonderful stay, and keep up the great work. We hope to see you next year!

Words can't describe this condo!! Location is IDEAL!!! Your right smack in the middle of all the BEST eating restaurants and not to mention the best views of the ocean, all while being secluded!! Which I love!! From the views, to the looks of the ocean water its your in the Caribbean!! Our family had the best time and so many memories we're made!! The owners we're literally the sweetest people you'll ever have the pleasure of talking to!! Gave us great tips on all the best restaurants and attractions that were close by. Definitely a 10 out 10!! Will definitely be booking here again in the near future!!!!

This was such a nice Condo, It's in a great location, with pool and beach, right out your back door, on a quiet street with little traffic so you don't have to wait for traffic to get out of the driveway, like on the main roads. The hosts, Chuck and Mary Ann, are great people and so easy to rent from. When we got to the Condo the fan wasn't working in the bedroom, I called them to let them know, and they had someone there to replace it the next day. Can't beat that!! Also there are so much to do there with all the restaurants and attractions, we never ate at the same place twice. GREAT TIME!

Absolutely love this place!! Our home away from home. Everything you need and more. Located in a quiet neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, and plenty to do and see nearby. A short walk to the harbor, jetty and Gulf. This is our 3rd year in this condo. This year new flooring throughout the condo. Last year a new kitchen. The owners are wonderful to deal with. We're already looking forward to our next stay.

Wonderful place to stay and watch the boats go in and out. Sugar white sand and blue green water. It is a long way to the beach. They do not have a pier or walkway going out to the beach. I am used to renting chairs on the beach. Emerald Grande has the beach rented and will not rent to people staying at this condo. You have to carry your own chairs.

Although we picked a cool week of temperatures, our visit to Destin was great! The protected balcony gave us plenty of sun time with an awesome view. The condo is comfortable and decorated with lots of mirrors and hooks! Great beach and water acces and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Perfect location!

We loved this Destin Hideaway condo for the great location on the cove beach and jetties. It is an easy walk to the beach and a short walk to the gulf waters. The pool area is beautiful and the nice balcony was enjoyable with awesome water views. The condo is homey with lots of mirrors and hooks and cute decor. Hope to return again for a longer stay and a little warmer weather! Thanks for sharing this little piece of heaven!

Great location. Quiet residential area but also close to your choice of restaurants and shopping areas. Just a short walk to the Harbor and Gulf. Loved sitting on the balcony where we had beautiful views of the Gulf,Harbor and beautiful sunsets. Clean and nicely decorated.

What a great condo!! It is very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Right off the main strip and right on the beach. The owners are fabulous to work with as well. If you don't at least investigate staying at this condo you are truly missing out.
