The owners of this UNIT #701W of the Splash Resort own, and personally manage and operate, each of THREE 3-bedroom, 3-full-bathroom, Panama City Beach condos, all of which have extremely positive reviews on the VRBO website (see the VRBO listing numbers for each of these condos below).

The owners of this UNIT #701W of the SPLASH Resort (VRBO Listing No. 826419) also own UNIT #6 and UNIT #11 of Bonita Beach (VRBO Listing Nos. 568194 and 354862), both of which are also 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, oceanfront condos in Panama City Beach having spectacular views of the ocean. One of the owners' three condos may be available when the other(s) are not.

UNIT #701W of the Splash Resort is a 7th FLOOR (LOW FLOOR), END (CORNER), WESTERN, privately-owned, open concept, luxurious, oceanfront (RIGHT ON THE BEACH), 3-bedroom, 3-full-bathroom, condominium in the WEST Tower of the Splash Resort having 1702 FEET OF LIVING SPACE, a "lock-out" master bedroom and kitchenette, AND NUMEROUS, HIGH-END, UPGRADES in comparison with other Splash Resort condos.

Unit #701W has MANY SPECTACULAR, EXPANSIVE, VIEWS of the blue waters of the ocean in the Gulf of Mexico, and the fine, white sands of Miramar Beach, as well as WESTERN VIEWS of SPECTACULAR SUNSETS FROM BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE CONDO, year round from FLOOR-TO-CEILING WINDOWS, and THREE SEPARATE SETS OF SLIDING GLASS DOORS that are present in each of the living room, the dining room, each of two master bedrooms, and a third bedroom. It also has THREE SEPARATE COVERED BALCONIES, which also have spectacular views of the ocean, beach and WESTERN sunsets.

Because this condo is a CORNER (END) UNIT, IT HAS MORE FLOOR-TO-CEILING WINDOWS AND SLIDING GLASS DOORS, AND FAR MORE VIEWS OF THE OCEAN, BEACH AND SPECTACULAR WESTERN SUNSETS, in comparison with similar-sized condos in the SPLASH Resort that are NOT corner (end) condos.

Unit #701W has direct, private access to the ocean and beach, and HAS A FREE, PROFESSIONAL BEACH CHAIR SERVICE PROVIDED BY COASTAL PARASAIL, WITH TWO PROFESSIONAL-GRADE BEACH LOUNGES AND ONE UMBRELLA.

Unit #701W SLEEPS TEN PEOPLE IN BEDS, WITHOUT a use of a sofa sleeper, or other sofa or couch.

Each of the three bathrooms in Unit #701W has CUSTOM-FRAMED MIRRORS WITH BEVELED MIRROR EDGES (as are present in fine hotels). The mirror in the master bathroom spans the ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE WALL over the bathroom cabinets, granite and two sinks, and the mirror in the lock-out bathroom spans the entire length of the bathroom cabinet, granite and sink. (Other Splash Resort condos have non-custom, "builder grade" mirrors that are far smaller than the mirrors that are present in the bathrooms of Unit #701W.) Additionally, in contrast with most condos at the Splash Resort, BOTH master bathrooms in Unit #701W have UPDATED, FULL-LENGTH BATHROOM CABINETS (providing a lot of storage space and covering all plumbing fixtures) with full-depth, high-end, Omicron Silver granite counter tops connected with updated rectangular sinks and stainless steel faucets. Each of the three bathrooms in Unit #701W also have toilets that have been upgraded to decorative, elongated, high-tech, power-flush toilets.

Unit #701W has a 65” LG HIGH-DEFINITION, SMART, FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION in the living room, a 50" FLAT SCREEN SONY OR SAMSUNG TELEVISION IN EACH OF THE TWO MASTER BEDROOMS, and a 32" television in a third bunk bedroom.

This condo has ALL STAINLESS STEEL kitchen appliances, including a 28-cubic foot, stainless steel, Samsung French-door refrigerator with both water and ice dispensers, and TWO ice makers, a stainless steel Samsung oven and range, a stainless steel Samsung "over-the-range" microwave oven, and a stainless steel Samsung dishwasher.

This condo also has a stacked Maytag Maxima 4.5 cubic foot capacity front-load clothing washer and a Maytag 7.4 cubic foot capacity electric clothing dryer, with the dryer stacked on top of the washer.

EACH of the three bedrooms in Unit #701W has its OWN balcony (i.e., there are THREE separate balconies in this condo).

Every window and sliding glass door in this condo has been professionally treated by Emerald Coast Glass Products with a Solargard Slate 30 film, which is a clear, duel reflective film that beneficially provides: (I) an increased privacy, while maintaining excellent views; (ii) a low interior reflectance that maintains views to the outside; (iii) a maximized heat and cool rejection, which keeps the heat out during the summer, and the warmth in during the winter, resulting in improved indoor comfort; and (iv) UV blockers that block 99% of UV light, thereby protecting people and property from damaging UV rays.

Unit #701W has a large, very comfortable, sectional that includes two chase lounges on either end, and can comfortably seat 7-8 guests, as well as two separate, matching, large, comfortable chairs. Unlike many other similarly-sized condos, this condo CAN SEAT 10 GUESTS COMFORTABLY IN THE FAMILY ROOM.

The two master bedrooms in Unit #701W both have decorative king-sized Wesley Allen wrought iron beds, which are the highest quality, and have lifetime warranties. The mattresses on both of these beds are "pillow-top" mattresses, which are very comfortable, and all sheets present in the condo are at least 400 thread count, and are also very comfortable.

Unit #701W is decorated with ORIGINAL ART, primarily procured from local artists in the Panama City Beach, Destin and surrounding areas.

Decorative crown molding has been added to Unit #701W, both above the cabinets in the kitchen, and around all of the windows in the family room and dining room, providing a beautiful decorative touch that is typically not present in Splash Resort condos.

Because this condo is on the 7th FLOOR of the Splash Resort, A USE OF ELEVATORS CAN BE AVOIDED by guests, if desired, to access both the condo and the sky walk.

This condominium includes high-quality TILE THROUGHOUT most of it, and PURGO flooring in the lock-out room, all of which is typically far more sanitary, allergen free, durable, and easy to keep clean, and stain free, in comparison with carpeting. There is no carpeting in the condo.

The condominium is beautifully decorated with very high quality furnishings, art work, lighting and accessories, including granite counter tops throughout, several Quoizel lamps, and a new air conditioner. The condominium has cable TV and Internet, a garbage disposal, a coffee pot, a large, full kitchen with all amenities and high-quality utensils, dishware, cookware and bake ware, a full size washer and dryer, air conditioning and electric heat. Towels and linens are provided.

The owners have hired their own private cleaners to clean this condo, and ensure that the cleaners have plenty of time to clean the condo properly between each sets of guests.

For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc.

Very beneficially for guests, the Splash Resort has the following NUMEROUS AMENITIES, which provide lots of fun, and convenience, for guests of all ages, and for the entire family:

(1) Being adjacent with the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico;

(2) Having a large, covered, pool (heated during the off season) with a large, covered, Jacuzzi;

(3) Having a large sunbathing pool (heated during the off season) with beach benches;

(4) Having a lazy river (heated during the off season);

(5) Having an interactive children's water park with Aqua Play Pools including water slides and spray toys;

(6) Having a pool-side Riptide Bar and Grill (seasonal);

(8) Having a state-of-the art fitness facility facing the beach and ocean (with beautiful views of the beach and ocean) that includes weights, dumbbells, treadmills and bikes;

(9) Having a "dive-in" movie theater;

(10) Having an arcade with numerous free-standing electronic games;

(11) Having a professional beach service with two professional beach chairs and one professional umbrella (free for this condo);

(12) Having a mini grocery store;

(13) Having a coffee / ice cream shop;

(14) Having a covered parking garage connected to a Sky Bridge including beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico;

(15) Having a sky-walk entry to the main resort buildings;

(16) Being attached to an Alvin's Island beach store having numerous beach items and apparel for sale;

(17) Having high-speed Internet (free); and

(18) Having cable television (free).

To book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and also provide copies of their drivers licenses to the owners, as proper identification.

The owners' Cancellation Policy, as well as many different methods that may be employed for making payments, are detailed in the owners' standard rental agreement.

These owners have their own detailed cancellation policy, which is fair to both them and their guests, along with a detailed discussion about travel insurance, set forth in their standard rental agreement. The owners' cancellation policy will govern all of their rentals of this condo, not any cancellation policy posted on the VRBO / Home Away web sites. Seriously, I do not know where to begin. Unit 701W is lovely. All I hoped for and expected. Every bedroom had a balcony. Right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. All the kitchen comforts one needs. Comfortable beds!! Super luxury bath towels. So close to shopping, dining and other beautiful beach towns.

As for the process of check in and check out, very simple. Only downside was parking. It is a bit of a walk to the unit. Loved the fact there were large luggage carts always available. That helped make the walk so much easier. There were 7 adults and a toddler in our group. That required a lot of groceries and beverages. The luggage carts were put to good use.

The only other thing I would like to share is about the owners of this particular unit. They were so kind and helpful and patient with me. It was a true pleasure renting from them. That in itself made our stay easy, fun and amazing! What a great way to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our family.

If you’re questioning to rent it...don’t question it! Just make the decision and do it. It was worth it. Hope to go back in the future.

So far one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed at! Perfect for a large family. Very well decorated, comfortable and convenient!! The kids had a ball playing in the pools and splash area. The grown-ups enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out to the ocean. Unit was well stocked with EVERYTHING we could possibly want, including beach towels (no need to pack your own), beach chairs, plenty of towels, and enough pots/pans/dishes to cook a feast! We will definitely come back again!!!!!

Not only is the layout perfect the owner has paid exceptional attention to every detail. The condo is clean and very well stocked. There are beach chairs and boogie boards and a large umbrella in addition to the two rental chairs with umbrella (included with the rental). There is an abundance of beach and bath towels. There are extra pillows and blankets in the closets. The decor is upscale which we enjoyed. This condo is the nicest rental I’ve ever rented. Splash resort overall was clean and everyone was so nice and helpful. Treat yourself!!! Rate is very reasonable by comparison. We paid same for a two bedroom condo last year. You will not regret this one!! ️

We visited this condo from Sep 8th thru 15th and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The condo is very well laid out, spacious, well decorated, and well maintained. It has everything anyone needs plus more.

The separate lockout room was a great area for our adult daughter and her husband... they had plenty of room there and also all the privacy one could ask for.

The owners were always quick to respond to inquiries and provided all the information we needed for our stay. They are obviously top-notch owners and very helpful. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Nice location on corner unit with beautiful beach views. Really appreciated the “hideaway” master with separate space from the common area. Roberta (owner) was very prompt with communication and the condo was stocked with just about everything you would need.

This resort is really nice for families with younger kids - nice splash park, pools only go to 5ft deep, etc. Might be less appealing for the adolescents and older kids although there are more things to do on the beach and surrounding areas. Only negative i can report is the long walk from the parking garage to the condo itself. Plan your loading, unloading, grocery shopping, etc. strategically to minimize the # of trips back & forth.

Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

This condo was absolutely perfect! There were 8 of us 4 kids and 4 adults, We stayed 5 very comfortable nights, When we arrived it was spotless,beautiful and very tastefully decorated,the kitchen was very well stocked all we had to buy was food because Roberta's kitchen has everything you normally have at home and great quality as well! The beds and pillows were so comfy, that was a first!! I could go on and on, and I am VERY picky!! Thank you Roberta!!

This condo is fully equipped. And beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The pillows best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The decor gorgeous. We had plenty of room for breakfast and lunch. We are dinners out. Plenty of room for 5 days of good. Plenty of dishes glasses etc. we had 8 who slept comfortably in all the beds. Although we thought at first it was a smaller living room area the large sofa & chairs were plenty for all. It is a lovely & impeccably clean condo.
