Our fabulous pool home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Pool is 5 minute ride away from our unique private beach, with 5 minute shuttle boat access (only for Monthly renters, Association rules), a great selection of restaurants and plenty of shopping and convenient grocery stores! Also close to bike trails for your to use the two bikes included at the house. Plenty of places to use the kayaks too. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), bigger groups. Your well behaved furry friend can come too, but please ask for details.

The beautiful new pool is fully enclosed with pool screened cage, with pool toys for everyone! Can be heated if desired! The house has an open layout, is spacious, well maintained, recently remodeled and we've tried to include everything that you might need for your fun filled vacation. There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and another closed room with a double fold out sofa. The living room and kitchen are open and great for enjoying family time. Lovely sun room and screened in patio. Large garden fully fenced for your privacy.
You will have access to the whole home, very comfortable with large smart flat screen tv with cable and Netflix, can sleep up to 7 guests, laundry room area with washer and dryer for your use. There are two bicycles, with helmets, pump and bike lock. Also two kayaks, paddles, life vests and. At top carrier! A large screened in lanai and patio with Weber gas grill. The large garden is fully fenced for your privacy!
You have the whole home for yourself. I don't bother you, it's completely private! During your stay you can email, text or call me - I am very responsive to your needs! I am here to take care of you!
Well behaved pets are welcome with a pet fee of $15 per night each. We request that you vac any pet hairs prior to departure and pick up any waste from garden. This will be added to your reservation manually after booking. Please let me know and be ready to accept the change request.

4 great beaches to choose from. close to three local beaches. Manasota Key beach 8 minute drive, Caspersen Beach 15 mins, Venice beach 15 mins and Nokomis Beach with its two jetties is 20 minutes. These are all really the same beach along the coast with different access point. All have free parking and bathrooms. Access to our private association beach is for monthly renters only! Their rules! Access is via ferry boat shuttle 5 minutes boat ride across the intercoastal waterway. Ferry runs from 9am to just after sunset. Monthly pass is $50. Guests return year after year to enjoy the unique ferry boat and fantastic private beach with much less people than the public beaches. See the photos of the ferryboat ride as a part of the listing photographs! The ferry boat captains are always happy to give the history of the ferry and lots of tidbits of local knowledge! Private pristine beach with free shuttle ferry. 25 person boat ride for free, folks come back year after year for that ferry ride - very cute boat ride with boat captain that will share all his local knowledge if you ask him! Few people,fantastic for walking swimming and prehistoric shark tooth finding! The public beaches are very picked over, but ours is not!!!

MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED HERE FOR ALMOST 5 WEEKS. THE SWIMMING POOL AND PATIO AREA ARE SPECTACULAR. WE WENT FOR SEVERAL NIGHT SWIMS. THE BEACHES ARE ALL VERY CLOSE. WE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE FACT THAT DEE THE OWNER ALLOWS DOGS . WE BROUGHT OUR GERMAN SHEPHERD AND OUR DOBERMAN. THERE IS A BEAUTIFUL DOG PARK CLOSE BY WHERE WE TOOK OUR DOGS EVERY MORNING. WE ALSO ENJOYED THE BICYCLES DEE LEFT US TO USE IN HER GARAGE AND WENT ON BIKE RIDES AT THE SHAMROCK PARK THAT IS CLOSE BY. VERY PRETTY AREA. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO ANYONE. DEE WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH!!

All that we need for vacation fun, entertaining friends, or just kicking back in the sunroom, lanai, or patio is here. Beaches, kayaking, biking, restaurants and shopping are close by. So great to have a large private backbyard which our dog Max can run in, too!We enjoy this house and our hosts and return every year.
