Cancellation Policy:
100% refund available if canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date.
50% refund available if canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date.
Housekeeping Provisions:
Housekeeping will supply initial amenities such as trash can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies once they have been used.

We love this place!
This is our second stay in condo 2106. We always enjoy booking with Greg. We came down on Saturday and stayed 8 glorious days. The first thing we noticed was how spotless the unit was. We even had cruise ship type towel animals displayed on the bed. Plenty of towels, bedding, extra blankets available. The furnishings in the den were very tidy and comfortable. Kitchen stocked for our use. Everything was up to date and available. Furniture on the balcony was very comfortable which was great because we spent a good deal of our time enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We had plenty of cable stations to watch, but we really took advantage of slowing down and catching up on the books we brought. We love the family centered environment on this end of PCB. We plan on coming back again as soon as we can.

Celadon 2106 is a great rental. We had 3 adults in our place and had family members on the 8th floor. The condo was clean and We had everything We needed for our stay. The Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked except the ice maker. Not having a working ice maker was a bit of an inconvenience and the ice vending at the beachside pool would be great but you don’t know it’s empty till you add your credit card and it doesn’t tell you how much it’s charging, but that’s a condo office issue. The view from the balcony is awesome. The beach chairs included were a big plus. Carousel grocery nearby had everything we needed. Being the last high rise before abeam houses and smaller condo units meant much less traffic. And you can scoot over to hey 98 to stay out of the beach traffic. The pools were nice and maintained. The parking deck was good and had sufficient space. Getting Unloaded and into the unit at checkin time is hectic because everyone is checking out and cleaning Crews in and new folks coming in so it requires patience. Elevators are being replaced in September so hopefully that will improve the elevator service. Greg was easy to deal with and we had a great week. I definitely recommend 2106. It might be crowded for 6 but 4 would not be bad.

Thank you for the review, Sorry about the Ice maker, I has someone check it was in the off position, I'm sure it was something I did when I removed the unit from rental when Covid-19 started. The elevators are be replaced and will have a new look soon, I have ask the HOA to have the ice vendor put the price on the ice box.Please return Soon.
Family Vacation
We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for my family of 6 and was equipped with everything we needed! The beach chairs were a nice added bonus too! We had no issues and hope to return in the future!

Wonderful Stay!
The condo was great-great location and beautiful view of the beach! My kids were so sad to leave; we enjoyed the whole week. Condo owner was great to work with - professional and courteous! We only had one issue where the elevators in the entire place went out, which was not the condo owner's fault. I called him and he promptly called the HOA and had an answer for me within minutes. He could have just directed me to the HOA number, but he made it a priority to get the situation resolved. We are already looking at staying here again next year!

I had a great stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The location across the street I I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location across from the beach was fine for me. The property was clean and very private. I liked the parking off the street and under the unit. TV was great . View of the gulf across the street was nice. There was a nice balcony and deck with a good view. Kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer offered an added convenience. I would definitely like to return and highly recommend!
