LOVED OUR STAY

We loved the condo, had everything we needed. Was particularly impressed with the safety precautions due to COVID. The resort required masks while in the building (halls, etc.), and they had signs on the elevators asking for only one family to ride at a time. Easy access to the parking spot. We loved that two umbrellas and four beach chairs came with this rental. Also, Gail was very easy to work with. We hope to visit again. :)

GREAT GET AWAY VACATION

Upon entering the condo you could tell the condo had been well cleaned. It was very clean and neat. Although the weather was bad the first few days we were still able to enjoy playing cards and games in the very family oriented condo. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were big and comfortable. We enjoyed setting on the balcony and watching the ocean.The condo is close to anything you like to eat. The condo is also easy to access and exit.Also liked the garage parking.

Beautiful View

Thank you for the wonderful stay in your condo! The view is awesome, the accommodations were great and we love the Emerald Coast. We stayed during the start of the Coronavirus outbreak and on the last day of our stay the restaurants and beaches closed down. That didn’t stop us though as we were able to eat in the condo and get take-out. We are looking forward to another stay next year!

Silver BeachTowers

We really enjoyed this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. The 3 king size beds was a plus. We also enjoyed the convenience of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas that come with this unit. Gail was very responsive and very easy to work with.

Great location minutes from all attractions. The down side the barbeque grills need to be updated and fixed so you can use them all. All in all a wonderful vacation

5 STAR CONDO AND RESORT

This condo is in the prime area of Destin. Walking distance to children activities and short drive to all shopping and great restaurants of Destin. We are 5 women (sisters and best friends) that go on a beach vacation twice a year. We have traveled and stayed in many different locations, but this place topped it all.My pro comments are: 1. Renting directly from condo owners 2. Easy check in instructions to follow 3. Garage parking with security gate to enter through plus assigned parking space 4. Extra security entering the building from garage by using a FOB 5. Elevators were fast and roomy 6. Plenty of luggage carts to load and unload 7. Condo was very roomy with very comfortable furniture and beds 8. Kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to eat on and cook with 9. Starter supplies were provided enough to last a day or two 10. Big televisions in all bedrooms and living room with DVD players in all rooms 11. Lots of storage space in all bedrooms and baths plus big closets 12. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. 13. 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs setup on beach provided with this condo, which is a big plus for our group.My cons are; 1. Need more furniture on balcony especially with a three bedroom unit 2. Need blinds or drapes over balcony windows and door in living room as there is a big glare on the TV 3. Refrigerator needs updating which I think the owners plan on doing this winter. 4. The beach chair reservation might be a little confusing until you get the hang of it.All in all this was a great condo unit and very personable owner who was very prompt in answering all my questions. We had no issues with anything during our 9 night stay. We give this a 5 star rating (top of the line).WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Beautiful, beachfront paradise for a week!

3 BR 3 BA spacious, clean condo. Master bath could be updated. Street side bedroom with en-suite bath had awesome Shower! Love the Keurig! So close to McGuires, Dewey Destins, the Donut Hole and many more restaurants not to mention Harborwalk! Silver Beach has been for several years and will be our go to for many years to come.

Wonderful as always

We have always loved staying at Silver Beach Towers and were a little nervous when new owners took over condo #1603 but we could tell pretty quickly that we had nothing to worry about. Everything was clean and we noticed a few small updates as well, we love having all of the comforts of home while vacationing.

Accounting Manager

The condo is located a few steps from the ocean. We had beautiful views of a Manatee and 4 Dolphins right from our patio. The condo was spacious and clean. It is located by several restaurant's. We took full advantage of the Dolphin Tour, Banana boat and Lilly pads right at our door step. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly.

A week in Paradise

We drove down to Destin with great anticipation for a relaxing stay at Silver Beach Towers #1603 in the East tower. This was a beautiful 3 bedroom/bath unit overlooking the emerald water and white sand beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped. It is right near all the activities we liove to do in Destin. Our family loved the boardwalk at the Marina and playing at The Big Kahunna just down the road from the condo. The weather was perfect all week for sunning in the complimentary beach set up on the beach and swimming in the clear emerald water. We will definitely go back and hope we can stay in the same unit. The owners, Scot and Gail, were easy to work with and really made us feel at home!

great place to stay. While sitting on the balcony, we saw a pod of dolphins swimming in the clear water.

This is a great place for a family vacation. Condo is directly on the beach, clear water and sugar white sand. The condo is very clean with nice furnishings. Anything that you need is there, even toys for the beach. We have stayed here twice and it is great. There are many nice restaurants near by, as well as an amusement center. The pools are great and there are barbeque grills to be used by the guests.

True rest and relaxation

Gorgeous views from the balcony true to the Internet pictures. Named Emerald coast for a reason - water is beautiful sand is white Dolphins and fish can be seen from the balcony.Faucet issue immediately repaired. All rooms king-size bed three full bath excellent for extended adult family members. Senior trip for my son and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Beauty! Luxury! Comfort! Easy! Amazing Views!

From the unloading of our car in the very-close-to-the-elevator parking space, to the sashaying onto the balcony (with very comfy seating) for astounding views, we knew we were in for a relaxing stay! The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room were all lovely, extremely clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is so spectacular that sometimes we didn't want to take the easy elevator to the beach, surf and pool. Having your own chairs and umbrella is a definite plus! And don't forget to check out the hall closet full of beach activity paraphernalia! We loved the diner across the street for breakfast. And the vast collection of DVDs! Terrific condo!!!

Amazing condo!

This condo was amazing and surpassed our expectations! Very comfortable, plenty of room for all 3 couples. Beach and pool access is very convenient, and private parking in the garage was great. Public beach access is not close to the condo, so the beach was not crowded at all. Not to mention the amazing view; being high up we saw different animals all day including dolphins, fish, and even a manatee once! Highly recommend!

A perfect view in Destin

Every spring break we take our son on vacation, he always gets to pick the place he wants to go to and this year he picked Destin. After searching through many condos that were across the street I found this one! I immediately emailed the owners and Gail got back to me very quickly. She was always very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. Once we got to the condo we fell in love with everything about it, the views, the rooms, how everything was perfectly laid out and you didn’t feel like you were on top of everyone! Everything you needed to make your stay complete was in the condo!! We will definitely be booking this place again. Thank you again for making our week special, I hated to see it end! A perfect home away from home.
