The choice of colors, textures, and patterns used in decorating create a wonderful contemporary setting, with beach flair. The coastline views from the spacious balcony can be mesmerizing. The balcony has plenty of seating for six at the table and extra for lounging. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and has an alcove with seating to relax and read your favorite novel. The master bedroom has a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Guests in the second bedroom will slumber on a queen size bed and the third bedroom also has a queen size bed. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate 2 more people. Prepare those vacation meals in the cozy kitchen which is furnished with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. This unit has 4 TVs and 1 DVD player for all the comforts of home. This spacious, beautifully decorated, unique layout was steps from the ocean with a gorgeous pool, bikes, and beach chair/umbrella set ups included. Parking was easy and convenient. The location in Seagrove was an easy commute to many of the gorgeous little beach towns along 30A and not a bad distance from Panama City Beach or Destin for all that they have to offer.

Amazingly clean, decorated and maintained. Super views west of beach, sunset and below. Condo is away from the crowds and traffic, but close enough to virtually everything. Only thing I would improve is another pool, we really couldn’t get to it during peak hours. Plenty of beach to work on your sunburn, er tan….

Thomas L.Gorgeous Condo in Santa Rosa Beach
Stayed here in early May with a group of 8 friends. The condo was fantastic. Rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room areas were perfect for a large group, and the resort amenities were top notch. The pool and hot tub are really close to the unit and beach access was a very short walk from the condo. I highly recommend booking this condo for a group of 6-8 people!

My husband and I stayed here with 6 of our friends, and we had the BEST time. There is plenty of room with 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, along with a foldout couch. There is a spacious kitchen and living room. There was plenty of room for us to have a Cinco de Mayo celebration complete with an episode of GOT with all 8 adults. The pools and hot tubs were clean, and the beach views are gorgeous. There are perfect running areas with sidewalks and pretty views. There is a nice gym along with tennis courts. We fell in love with the entire area—the condo, the beach, the restaurants, the shopping...everything! You will not be disappointed staying at this beautiful condo!

The condo was clean, cool, well-kept, and the perfect size/set-up for multiple families. The bedrooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. The living room and porch are large and seat many people comfortably. The floor appears brand new and looks great.This unit has: --quick and easy access to the beautiful white sand beach; --an amazing view of the sand dunes and ocean; plus views of the pools and hot-tub --a great location: close to all the restaurants, shopping, food trucks, etc.I only have positive things to say about this rental. It was a beautiful home away from home and we can't wait to visit again.Would definitely recommend this unit!!!
