The villa offers up to 6 people plenty of living space and space to relax. All bedrooms have access to the pool area and the electrically heated swimming pool (heat pump). The pool is operated without chlorine with a modern, skin-friendly salt technology. This is beneficial for people with sensitive skin - the water does not feel salty - it is soft and very pleasant to the skin and hair.

The villa is located in one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral at the end of a dead end street with no through traffic, surrounded by water from the south and west (corner lot with lots of privacy). The house has been furnished by the owners with great taste and attention to detail and offers a relaxing & harmonious atmosphere.

The Marinas Tarpon Point, Cape Harbor with great restaurants and shops, and the river can be reached in a few minutes by boat or car.

The master suite has a king size bed, the Master bathroom features a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom a queen size bed. Master suite as well as the 2nd & 3rd bedroom have direct pool access through large glass sliding windows and a view over the canal. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, chests of drawers and closets.

For the best US steaks, a barbecue gas grill, under the generous lanai, is at your disposal. The whole lanai pool area is protected by a new "no-see-um insect screen". This is currently the latest technology - keeps even the invisible Kleinstmoskitos away.

Explore the tropical waterways and the natural beaches with a rented sports boat (recommended). Cape Coral is a waterway dream. You can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands Sanibel and Captiva on the quickest way (no bridges or locks, just a few minutes to the river).

To this villa you can rent a boat, if you are interested, just ask for it when booking.

Park your oversized sailboat or motorboat yacht comfortably on the in-house Captain's walk.

For exploring the immediate neighborhood channels and daily fitness, a stand-up paddle board is available for free. Start the day enjoyably with a fine Nespresso coffee (please bring capsules from home). Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge. There is a strict smoking ban in the villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
