About this rental
This light-flooded villa is located directly on the canal with Gulf-Access to. Here you have the possibility to rent a boat and moor it directly at the house for the duration of your stay.
With 4 bedrooms this beautiful villa offers you enough space for 8 persons. The master sleeping area is completely separated from the guest sleeping area with two additional rooms. The large bedrooms each have a television. Two bathrooms and a guest WC are at your disposal. The bright and comfortable furnishing underlines the Florida feeling.
The center of the villa is the large and luxuriously furnished living area with a large flat screen. The dining area and the kitchen are separated from the living room, so that you can really relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The kitchen bar invites you to have a quick breakfast.
The house and the interior is top of the line with the spacious pool area with whirlpool. Both are electrically heatable. There are 6 sunbeds available for you to relax and recover from the stressful everyday life.
On the terrace you will find a dining table with 6 seats and a gas barbecue.
For your sporting activities, tennis courts are available directly opposite the Villa. If you are travelling with children, you will enjoy the large playground, which is also in the direct neighbourhood.
Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. To this villa you can rent a boat, if you are interested, just ask for it when booking.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Pets are allowed in this villa on request. Please contact us in advance. Pet fee $167.25/stay.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.

This home has great space, was very well equipped ! The pool/hot tub was perfect and the wide canal has such a relaxing view !! The neighborhood and park across the street is an added amenity. Quiet but close to groceries and restaurants. Also, the management group and owner were great to work with-great communication (before-during & after) . Can't wait for our next visit !!

My Husband and I just started our journey a back to Virginia but wanted to let Happy Cape know how happy we were with our Villa. The home was clean and had everything we needed to make wonderful memories. We loved our evenings at the pool or down on the dock. We spent a lot of time at the beaches on the Gulf . Perfect location and perfect Home. Hope to come back next year. Shout out to Mike for being so nice on inspection day.

Great place for a family vacation. We all had our own house but spent lots of time together at the pool. Each home was nice & clean & had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. Close to many restaurants & shopping. Will definitely go back!!

I would give this rental a 5 star except it is advertised as a 3 bedroom 3 bath house. It is actually a 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath. The best bedroom besides the master has a great view of the intersecting cannel but has no bathroom attached. Very unusual. We had two couples renting the house and it made it very uncomfortable to leave the bedroom to go to the front of the house to use the bathroom. The view of the cannel from the pool was fabulous. The house was very clean and updated with a very workable kitchen.
