Guests are greeted by an airy and bright living and dining area. The living room features a large flat screen TV and high-end furnishings. The dining area can accommodate up to 14 of your closest family and friends. The stunning gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly around the corner. Swing open the French doors when dinner is done for direct access to a backyard paradise. Enjoy the spacious back patio and 12 x 30 pool with LED lights, perfect for a night swim. The shallow entry area is less than one foot deep and perfect to lounge or let the little ones splash and play. The patio stretches the entire width of the home, giving you ample space for festivities and grilling. When the stars come out, relax in the lounge chairs after enjoying a day on our famous snow-white beaches.
The third floor is all about kids, not excluding your inner child. The media room includes a 50” TV & DVD player. The kids will also love the charming, fort-like bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, all with their own well lit privacy areas.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AREA:
The Frangista Beach neighborhood consists of large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400-yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Happy Go Lucky also have access to the large community pool, which is directly across the street with convenient restroom facilities. This home is within walking distance of beach access, shopping, and dining.

GOLF CARTS: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day!
VayKLife: (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Pool Heating: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 90 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 1/3rd required at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee of $399. If canceled within 90-60 days to arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the required 1/3rd made at the time of booking. Cancelations made 60 days or less to the date of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid towards the reservation to include all taxes and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancellations are made when the final payment has not yet been made. If canceled and payment was not received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 3-5 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive your Check in Instructions via email. You will have your door code, WIFI information and any other access code needed. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.

All homes managed by Beach Reunion LLC require that the renter of the home be aged 25 years or older. There are to be no student/college students to stay at the home to include those with parental chaperones. All guests not within a family vacation dynamic are required to be 25 years of age or older.
The beach access point for this home is located just to the right of the home off of Miami Street. You exit the home to the right and then turn right again until you see the stop sign and yellow pergola. You cross over the beach access point and they will help guide you to your 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily ( the day after you arrive) from 9am to 5pm.
This home is a strict no pets policy. The only animals allowed at the home are serviced animals trained to preform medically necessary tasks for their handlers. ESA animals do not fall under this category and are not protected under the ADA guidelines. There for it is up to the home owner for allowance with a pet fee that is non-refundable. Medical service dogs are not charged a fee.
