Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa offers the best of Sanibel Island without all the congestion and traffic. Situated on a private peninsula of Fort Myers just before the bridge to Sanibel Island, the Resort is set on 100 lush, tropical acres of unspoiled San Carlos Bay waterfront, just off the Gulf of Mexico. The Resort has consistently received a 4-diamond rating.
Numerous dining options are walking distances within the Resort from fine dining restaurants to the very casual pool-side Pelican Snackerrie. The Tarpon House (overlooking water fountains and the bay) offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, over water fountains splashing into an oversized pool, surrounded by palm trees, and overlooking the bay. Highly rated (by Trip Advisor and many others) is The Courtside Restaurant overlooking the tennis courts.
Resort offered, on-site amenities are too numerous to mention, but include a private beach, hot tubs, heated pools, pool-side bar, Charley’s Cabana Bar with entertainment, lighted tennis courts, jogging and nature trails, a 40,000 SF ultra-modern spa and fitness center, fishing pier, dinner and/or sunset cruises, Sunday Brunch cruises, daytime sightseeing excursions, boat and kayak rentals, marine facilities, and more!
We are located adjacent to The Marriott Resort and Spa which features additional pools, beaches, restaurants and the 40,000 square foot spa offering a range of beauty care services and pampering to no end. The marina offers boat and other watercraft rentals (kayaks, waverunners, paddle boards...), a fishing pier and a luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site. As a rental guest of the Sanibel Harbour Resort condo, allows you the option to purchase a Marriott Guest Pass to enjoy the Fitness Center including access to the Sauna, Steam Room, Whirlpool, Spa Locker Rooms and Hotel Pools. (Fees apply & subject to blackout dates ).
The condo was recently fully renovated including new tile flooring, granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, new bathrooms, new living room furniture, mattresses...
The kitchen with new appliances, new washer/dryer, new cabinets and new granite countertop is well equipped in long term guests in mind. New washer and dryer are located in the kitchen.
The unit contains all the amenities of a home including high speed wireless access (no charge).
The master bedroom (with king size bed and television) overlooks the San Carlos Bay and leads to the front west-facing lanai. New kingsize mattress installed in 2017. En-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and large walk-in shower with bar grabs.
Plenty of closet and draw space makes for a comfortable stay. New flat screen tv in master bedroom.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with armoire, television and large closet and flat screen TV
The second bathroom includes a full bathtub/shower, large counter and sink and plenty of storage space.
New sofa, loveseat and arm chair installed in 2018. The new sofa pulls out to a queensize bed increasing sleeping capacity to 6.
Screen lania terrace overlooking the San Carlos Bay includes a bar height dining table set, sun lounger and ceiling fan.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules.

About the owner: While vacationing in the area, we fell in love with the views and amenties at Sanibel Harbour. We have been enjoying the condo as our family vacation home since 2006. So much so that we now have 3 condos in the building including a 3bedroom/3bathroom unit and 3 condos in the adjacent building (Harbour Tower)
Having been in the hospitality business (restaurants, London, Italy and the US) for many years but now mostly retired, we have embraced the rentals of our condos striving to ensure our guests enjoy their experience at Sanibel Harbour as much as we have over the years.
We are on-site much of the year ourselves but also employ a property management company to ensure that our guests needs are always met and expectations are exceeded.
Why this property? Resort style setting in a paradise corner of Southwest Florida. Uniquely set on a private beach for a hassle free vacation

Most scenic condo in Southwest Florida
This condo had a fantastic view of the gulf between the mainland and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva! The condo was convenient to attractions and shopping. It was fully equipped and impeccably clean and comfortable. I will visit again!

Beautiful Condo. Lots to do
Great stay. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Views are incredible. Beach was very relaxing and not crowded. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants. And treated ourselves to a spa treatment at the Marriott next door. Will definitely be back

Yes the panaromic view over the water outwards the Sanibel Island bridge is spectacular from this 10th floor condo and terrace. I always stress that guests plan at least one evening to take in the sunset Lucky to be on the beach & next door to the Marriott. We always make a point to making a reservation at the Courtside Restaurant or the Tarpoon. And Biminis has now become one of our favourite for drinks and dinner - great views & atmosphere. All walking distance Look forward to welcoming you back again
