This house was perfect for our two families! It's very spacious, super clean and while the kitchen is a bit dated, the appliances are newer and it's well equipped. The layout is great with two bedrooms on one side of the house and two on the other. All of us had a blast in the heated pool, even on the nights it rained! And we got our fill of fishing off the newer dock in back. It worked out perfect for us! The owners were very responsive to all our questions beforehand which made our planning even easier. I would highly recommend this house!

Great location. We brought the boat so easy jump on and head to the beach or just cruise the canals or head to Snook Inn. The house is as pictured. Our kids called it “beach house”. Outside shower was amazing. Lots of pool toys, life jackets, bikes, beach chairs and coolers. We brought our own baby fence for the Littles but we live 1 hour away. They thought of everything. Large enough for family and friends to spread out and communication with owners was terrific. Absolutely would stay here again.

This house was very comfortable for the entire family. Very well stocked kitchen. It was spotless upon arrival which is really important to me. Plenty of towels and beach towels, it was a really fun home to stay in. I would definitely rent it again.

This rental by far was the BEST one my family and I have stayed in. The house was beyond our expectations. It was extremely beautiful and the pool was so amazing. Always heated at the perfect temperature. The views off the decks were spectacular during sunsets. The location was great and so close to everything. My family and I made some wonderful memories and we hope to stay in this rental again in the near future. Thank you so much to the owners who were exceptional with how quick with responses to any questions I had. This vacation was an incredible one especially because of this rental. Thanks again!

This home was exactly what we were looking for to take our large family of 7 plus grandparents away for March Break. The set up of the house is perfect allowing privacy but also provided large spaces to come together as well. The kids loved the bunk room and of course the pool and honestly we had so much fun. Everything was just as described and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Juan was super duper easy to work with and communicate and always replied to me promptly when I had a question. I really hope we get to return to his home again. Thank you for helping make our vacation a memorable one.

This property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood but distant from restaurants and the beach side of the island. Would need bikes or a car to get around. Host Juan was very responsive to questions and concerns which was nice and he was very kind as well. The home is lacking in basic amenities so plan ahead as you may need a majority of the basics for your trip. As an example, I needed to purchase plastic cups, hangers, salt, tp, trash bags, dish, dishwasher, laundry detergent and hand soap. The home is spacious and we enjoyed our stay despite the initial setbacks of not having the basics.

First off the owner was amazing and very helpful for any questions we had . The house was priced right . Some things in the house are very outdated. The couch in the one living room was not able to be used because the cushions slid all over the place. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable. Issues with some of the tvs working in the bedrooms. We also had a some Issues with the pool there was no net in the filter . However if you're looking for a affordable place with a owner who is very responsive I would recommend this place

I really loved this property, id love to have a property just like it. literally as soon as we walked in we felt at home. The property is SO spacious there were 8 to 10 of us on and off throughout our week stay. We range in ages from 4-50 years old. We have stayed a plenty of vacation rentals before and this one was truly a GEM!. There were more then plenty towels , plates, pots pans and cups. At previous rentals we had to purchase these things just to accommodate everyone. It was very clean. The master bed room!!! I loved the dock my children and myself outside of swimming every night, we went fishing and caught a lot of blue catfish. There were items already provided to go to the beach, ie: chairs, life jackets, cooler. Juan the property owner impeccable customer service, very friendly and responsive felt like I was talking to a friend. The house was centrally located to all the activities I booked. Most of all the last night before we had to say goodbye :( , Juan set us up with a boat excursion to watch the sunset , although it clouded over we went to Keewaydin Island. Beautiful! The captain of the boat Roger is a really great guy, helping us find shells, trying to catch fish with the kids, walked us out on the gulf which was only knee deep for what seemed like forever. Dolphins playing in the wake of the boat. All of it was perfect, next time I would definitely stay longer, Nobody was ready to go. I really appreciate that Juan keeps his property up. Having a inviting comfortable place to stay and have family time really can make all the difference.

This property suits our three-generation family. All couples have a private bathroom and the pool is the BIG draw for us. The 1/2 bath on the lanai is a plus too. The property is well maintained. The owner readily admits it is dated but everything works, the linens are plentiful/clean, the house is clean, big screen TV, Wi-Fi, etal. It is located near Mackle Park which has a terrific playground and you can get equipment in the office by just leaving your id to ensure the equipment is returned. The property is a short ride to the beaches and the Naples Zoo. The park and zoo are big hits with the grandchildren and us adults. Juan is great to work with and is accommodates if he can as Saturday is a turnover day so we don't mind the house rules.

We loved the layout of the home, guest rooms are at opposite end from the master suite. The pool, lanai and dock are great for outdoor living.. it is well equipped with lots of linens, pool toys and beach equipment. Juan, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive.

My son and his family and my daughter and her family all met us at the house. The bunk bed room was perfect for the cousins sleep over ages 2-5. The outdoor living space wS awesome for family meals. The kids loved the pool. Had an issue with the pool heater the 1st day. I gave the owner a call he talked me through resolving the issue. Great place huge rooms. Nice kitchen. Would come back.

Great time despite unusual, unseasonably chilly weather. Pool reached a nice comfortable warmth and was sparkling clean. Plenty of space, with a well appointed kitchen if you like to cook (like we do.) Owner Juan couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

This spacious home was the perfect size and layout for our family! Our kiddos loved the bunk bed room and the large open seating areas for games. The heated pool and toys were a big hit too and the outdoor bathroom was convenient for all the hours spent in the pool! This home takes you somewhat back in time for those who like character rather than the more modern, updated styles. The value/price was excellent for the size of home on the water. Juan was also a wonderful, very responsive host. We had such an amazing time!

There were many great features with the house. The highlight was the heated screened in pool. An extra nice feature about that area was there was also an outside deck that over looked the water. It was very peaceful. Overall, the house was a little dated but super clean and we didn't care about it. One thing we did notice, the master bedroom area did not seem to get as cool as the opposite side of the house. Master bedroom had a huge bathroom and a huge walk in closet with seating. It was very convenient. There were 2 lawn chairs there but they were very low to the ground and not wide. So, if you are a bigger person, they would have never worked. Definitely only suitable for a lightweight person .Seemed more suitable perhaps for children. There was also a cooler, umbrella and a couple of bikes. Other thing to mention, there were no condiments/spices, I think we did find some salt, but, you must everything else or purchase it it there. Most VRBO's I stayed at had a stock of some basic cook essentials (though this is not part of the deal), You will need everything. Kitchen was stocked with necessary gadgets otherwise. All-in-all, we had a great time and would stay there again

Very nice house and what you see on the pictures is what you get. The property is not new but there are no major issues except AC in one part of the house being slow - it was hard to get temperatures under 76 during the day. We had a few smaller problems which were adressed straight away and John was very quick to reply during the whole process. The cooperation with a local rental bureau provided all the information we could possibly need and a safer feel of back-up in case it would have been needed. The beach equipment, fishing gear and bicycles provided added extra positive feeling!

6 of us stayed here for a weeks relaxation after rushing around theme parks in Orlando for 2 weeks. The villa is spacious, bright and airy, and has all the facilities you need, the positioning on the waterway is lovely and peaceful, and the owner was quick to respond to a query. All in all, a lovely place to stay.
