Splash 303 West is a very spacious two bedroom, two bath condo with a bunk room. It is very conveniently located on the third floor of the west tower.

It is beautifully furnished with many conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a 55" Samsung Smart TV, sound bar. and DVD. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Sterns and Foster mattress, and a 50" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The adjoining bath has a garden tub and separate walk in shower and double sinks in the granite vanity.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. There is a separate bunk room with three twin beds. The third twin bed is in the drawer below the bottom bunk. Please note that the bunk room, does not have a door. The guest bath has a tub shower combination.

The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything, including a new french door refrigerator, new microwave, dishwasher and a new slide in electric range and all the small appliances you need. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The balcony spans both the living room and the master bedroom with access from both, and has comfortable furniture including two cushioned chairs and table and two chaise lounges with 8' cushions and tables.
Beach service is included in season.

The unit features new stainless steel appliances included a French Door Refrigerator with ice make and water dispenser, a slide in range and three drawer dishwasher. The kitchen also has all the small appliance to make your stay comfortable. It has a combo Keurig/full pot coffee maker to satisfy both the regular and the occasional coffee lovers. Other small appliances include a crockpot, toaster, blender, counter top and handheld mixers, even a mini food processor. It is quipped with utensils, high quality pots ad pans, bake-ware and glassware.

The bedrooms and great room are complete with ceiling fans to help keep you cool during those hot summer days. The master bedroom has a high end Sterns and Foster king size bed. It also features a giant sliding glass door that opens to the view and sound of the emerald coast. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. This 2BR 2BA unit is unique since it has nearly 1400 sq. feet and a bunk room with bunk three twin size best for children so that they can have their own space.

We provide beach service which includes two chairs and one umbrella for stays from March through October.
