This Cudjoe Key home is neat as a pin with all the comforts of home. Bright and shiny kitchen with everything you may need to create wonderful get together. The large comfortable living room has plenty of seating including recliners in the sofa and loveseat. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Lovely spacious porch for relaxing and a patio area downstairs by the dock with a gas grill. Good boating access. Lazy days and balmy nights will be the order of the day!

Notes:

Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal, holiday and special events may be higher.

Regarding cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in-full. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the arrival date, a $75.00 administrative fee will be retained.

Wonderful relaxing vacation home

We recently stayed at the Sunset Bay home and couldn’t have been happier with the rental. Never having rented a home in the Keys I wasn’t sure what to expect but the Action Keys realty team was efficient and very accommodating. Upon our arrival we found the home extremely clean and well furnished. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and just watching the sunrises and sunsets from the screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this group again. Just a wonderful time.

Good times!

Nice home, well maintained, private, great views, nice private dock with 6ft of water at low tide. Home comes with everything you need, we stayed for 1- week & felt at home. Will book again next year.
