The dream vacation can come true in our lovely Disney villa! Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! We have two side-by-side villas. each has 5 bedrooms (two master suites) and 3 bathrooms. Total of 4 suites and 6 bathrooms makes a comfortable living for up to 24 people.
Our villas are ideal for families who want to be close to the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer but wish to be located amongst the solitude of conservation land, lakes and wildlife.
This two beautiful Mediterranean style villas have total of 4 master suites with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds, each has its own large private bathroom, 2 additional queen rooms, 4 twin rooms (each has 2 twin beds) , and 2 queen size sofa sleepers. It comfortably sleeps up to 24 people. 2 washer and dryer, bed linen and towels are provided. 2 super sized (30'x15'), southeast facing pools (one with SPA) can be optionally heated. The lanai and pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine and great view to come in. Two kitchens are fully equipped with open bars, two dinning tables can seat for 12 peoples, and two breakfast tables can seat for 8 people. Two patio tables seat for 8 people. Cable TV with a 100+ channels is provided in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms. Additionally there is a DVD/CD player and an FM portable radio in the lounge. A number of popular feature films on DVD and video tape are provided along with several good novels for the odd occasion when a thunderstorm might keep you inside. iPOD speaker with remote is provided for enjoy your favorite songs and music. High speed internet access with WiFi (wireless) connectivity is provided to allow you to access the web and read your email from your laptop computer.

Area Information
The quiet and peaceful community of Silver Creek is located in a centre of natural woodland ponds and small lakes.
The entrance to the community is via Woodcrest Way which comes off Highway 27 just one mile north of the junction with the famous 192, which forms the main artery of the tourist community in the Orlando / Kissimmee area, making it an extremely convenient location.
Although just a short distance from Highway 27, the community is so quiet and peaceful you could believe you were in a different world altogether.
The community itself consists of 108 beautifully appointed homes of different shapes and sizes. All gardens and landscaped areas are maintained by the local Home Owners Association to the highest of standards, ensuring pristine surroundings whatever the time of year.
There are walkways all around the community for walking or cycling, as well as paths around the local wooded areas. Around the many lakes and ponds surrounding the community, lots of wildlife can be seen, especially in the spring, including families of Herons, Egrets, Turtles, and our famous family of Sandhill Cranes which can often be seen walking along on the sidewalk and around the pool areas. Fishing is available in the many lakes in the area with species such as Bass and Catfish in plentiful supply.
For families with smaller children there is a brand new playground and landscaped seating area near the middle the community.
Silver Creek makes a great location for your Orlando Vacation, being just minutes from Disney, close to all the main theme parks, and less than 35 miles and 50 minutes drive from Orlando International airport.

My family and I stayed in Ann’s home for the month. I cannot say enough about how wonderful everything was. The house was perfect for our family. Spacious and clean. My 5 year old enjoyed every second of the pool as did all of us. We truly felt like we were at home in this house. Ann was very quick to reply to any message and made checking in and out extremely easy. Cannot recommend this home enough. Looking forward to going back again next year.

Kevin R.The size of the properties was adiquate. The furniture was very old and dirty and needs to be replaced. The properties were cleaned o. The surface however it was filthy . There was old pizza in the cabinets and the dishes had to be washed. The sheets looked like they had not been washed between renters. On a good note the pools were good and the heaters worked great. I was not impressed with these properties and unless they were cleaned better and had newer furniture, I would not recommend to anyone.

Ann is a wonderful host to work with! Her timely and thorough communication was much appreciated as we planned every aspect of our trip. The pool at this home was larger than most and my kids really enjoyed it. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 in this 5 bed house, and one of the unique things about this property compared to others was the space in the backyard where the kids could play soccer and our pup could run around and get exercise! The neighborhood is quiet so you can truly unwind here.

My husband and I brought our children and mothers to Disney World. We had 9 people in our party. The house was spacious and comfortable for all of us. Having 3 bathrooms was a blessing. We paid to have the pool heated so we could swim at night after our days at the parks, but Orlando had an abnormal cold snap while we were there and we only swam the first 2 nights of our stay. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a Walmart literally 2 miles away, which was wonderful. We were only about 20 minutes from Disney if we caught the traffic right. The kids really enjoyed the game room. I don't think we ever even turned on a television. I would recommend bringing extra towels, but other than that, the house was perfect. The washer and dryer were also very convenient and we used them almost every day!

MP B.Family Christmas Getaway
We were very pleased with our rental from Ann and Gary. Our family was planning a family Disney trip and less than a month before, we found out that we needed a place that was pet friendly. Ann was great to deal with even among my email issues. The villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The three bathrooms were a great asset for us. We had room in abundance for our family. We kept our dogs crated when we were away but the back yard area and neighborhood was great for walking. The location was very convenient to get to all of the Disney parks, Universal and Sea World. We didn't utilize the heated pool option as we expected to not have free time after staying all day in the parks, but each morning and night found us wishing we would have! It is a must for our next visit. We visit the area 6-8 times a year and we look forward to our next stay! Thanks to Ann and Gary

This is the home we originally wanted but they sent us to another location as a free upgrade and I laughed, yes it was in a great location to where we planned on going but the dishes had to be washed before we could even use them, the outdoor landing around the pool along with furniture wasnt up to par, we constantly had to trap and release huge cockroaches in the house and in the game room that the kids wouldnt even go out there and enjoy it. We left a sim card behind that we couldnt even get back unless we paid 20dollars plus shipping and handling although they claimed to have sent it but we never even received it. I will NEVER again get a home through villas4uflorida again!

Needs a thorough cleaning, organizational plan and painting. Furniture could also use a cleaning as well as new rugs and bedding would make a fresher appearance. Kitchen sprayer did not work. Had to clean up the pool area as toys, pool equipment and chairs were strewn anywhere. Pool heater was not turned on which I had to pay extra for. Luckily the cleaning lady was able to help us in that area. We enjoyed the pool. Close enough to all the activities

I needed 2 villas nextdoor to each other for a large family gathering I was organising. I was relieved when all turned out as described online and the local Maintenance contact reacts very quickly to any requests. Both pools were lovely - we had them heated which was ideal for November. Everyone very much enjoyed their holiday !!
