Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking and golf. Downtown Venice, a palm tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is only a short 10 minute drive.
A beautiful screened lanai with heated pool offers refreshing relaxation after a day of sightseeing or beach-bumming. An outdoor grill and dining table (seats 6) is perfect for those nights you'd prefer to stay at home.
The fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need, and overlooks the pool.
Our comfortable open living room is equipped with a 50" TV. The third bedroom is used more as a den with a 42" TV and a sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guestroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds for additional guests. There are 2 full nicely decorated baths, both with walk-in showers.
The 2 car garage is supplied with all the necessities required for a day at the beach and includes two bicycles. A fully equipped laundry is also provided.

If you get a chance to rent this home, don't let the opportunity pass you by. Everything that is listed on thus site is absolutely true. Spacious, clean, location, and let's not forget the pool. Bill and I stayed at Bud's from September 7 to November 6th. Even Hurricane Ian didn't detour us. This is, in our opinion, the best rental in Venice. Thank you Bud for a beautiful place.Betty & Bill

This was the perfect rental. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The house and furnishings were gorgeous. The bed was better than the one at my home. The pool was wonderful to get into after a day at the beach. My husband said don’t loose this listing we’ll book again for next year.
