Beautiful Spanish Mission style guest house tastefully decorated & is located in the charming quiet residential area of Plantation.

Conveniently located to downtown Ft. Lauderdale (5 miles), Broward Mall, Sawgrass Outlet Mall & several grocery stores (1mile). Ft. lauderdale airport is 6 miles away.

Ideal for mature vacationers, working professionals on extended stay business trips & relocation temporary housing. For our future tennis champions Saviano High Performance Tennis Academy is 3 miles away from the cottage.

The open plan kitchen (complete with dishes & cooking utensils), living & dinning rooms have a vaulted wood ceiling with fans. Central a/c throughout.

One King bed with a walk in closet while the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower area. Bed & bath linens are provided.

Direct Cable TV in living room.

Internet access is included.

There is an outdoor seating / lounge area on the tiled patio. The private guest house is connected to the main house by a tropically landscaped courtyard with a fountain.

Maid service if needed ($95), smoking strictly outside only.
Off street parking available.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was very airy and uncluttered and had everything we needed. I have been renting apartments when I travel for 20+ years and this may be one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in! Ron was great, the perfect host. I highly recommend this house.

Our trip to visit family, enjoy days at the beach, parks & shopping, then have the evening to go out was wonderful. The location is central for everything South Florida. If we had nothing to do but enjoy our stay at the Cottage, we would have been just as thrilled! The space is immaculate, well stocked of necessities in the kitchen plus extremely comfy beds! Plenty of room to relax inside and outside with the amazing courtyard full of beautiful and lush gardens. Ron was attentive and available when we arrived and made sure to say goodbye when we left. I am confident that if we needed anything at all, Ron was a phone call away. However, we needed nothing as Ron makes sure that the cottage is pristine at arrival. We cannot say thank you enough and cannot wait to come back to Casa Pina where we felt like home from the moment we walked in.......Again, thank you for sharing your incredible home with us.....

Amazing House, Owner and Neighborhood

We evacuated to Fort Lauderdale and found this little house to stay in during Hurricane Milton. It was exactly as the pictures presented. Clean, comfortable and everything you need for a stay away from home. The owner, Ronald greeted us upon arrival and our departure and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely go back again!

Enjoyable stay!

Very different. Super quiet! Peacefull! Totally different! Enjoyed the comfort! Artistic environment. Everything was old but very comfortable. Like in a castle. Multiple lighting options. Ac quiet but cool and dry. Once inside driveway. U just forget about the rat race. The best!
