This listing has a minimum 2-week occupancy. The condo is located on the 3rd floor in front of the elevator, it is very spacious and bright with vaulted ceilings and view of the golf course. Condo is a 6-minute drive from Fort Myers Beach and 1.5 miles from the bridge to Sanibel Island and Captiva. We provide all linens including beach towels, as well as beach accessories (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc.)
The space
This condo has all new appliances and new beds. The pool is located directly in front of the condo building, as well as double tennis courts.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole condo, the pool, tennis courts and fitness room. If a guest wants to golf, the golfing privileges can be transferred for a fee of $400 for the duration of their stay. There is an additional cart and green fee, and also included is access to the driving range and practice green.

We enjoyed our vacation this year at Kelly Greens. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The pool and the new fitness room were great. The golf course was challenging and fun to play. Very close to Sanibel and the beaches at Ft Myers. Our hostess was also easy to talk to and very helpful.

Rita R.Moms 92nd birthday visit with sisters!
My sisters and I were blessed to be able to take some time to visit with our Mom in Ft. Myers who had her 92nd birthday! It has been a hard year for all of us as our Dad passed away the end of April. My Mom had to go to the hospital last year on her birthday. We were staying at this condo then, and we brought my Dad there to stay with us. He loved sitting on the balcony and watch the golfers on the golf course. We were thankful to have a place to stay so close to where she is at Shell Point. The unit is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a big kitchen. We do love the balcony with golf course view. The owner is so wonderful and we have loved our times staying here.

We enjoyed our stay immensely at Kelly Greens. The owners have created a warm homestead. Modern appliances, flatscreens in both bedrooms and living rooms.All we needed was on hand.We are grateful to have found this unit.

It was our first time to Kelly greens in Fort Myers and we really loved the area. It’s just 15 to 20 minutes from Sanabel island in about 25 minutes from Cape Coral and close to many other fun nature walks excursions. Shops are close by including a Publix 5 min away. , Accommodations were great also. The condo unit was spacious and airy and had a beautiful view right on the golf course. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room to relax and hang out. The pool area is also very nice. And we have big walkers so we could walk all around Kelly greens to get plenty of exercise. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.
