Welcome to your Happy Place that checks all the boxes! Three bedroom, 2 bathroom “Coach House” in the North Naples Gated Community of Carlton Lakes. It is one of the few areas in Naples that allow tenants to have up to two pets of any size! We have two other nearly identical properties! See FAQ. The 1,700 square foot coach home was completely renovated and decorated in Jan 2018! Highlights include oak wood floors, quartz countertops throughout, new stainless appliances, new master shower with Italian porcelain and marble tiles, large walk in closet, high ceilings and more!
Amazing open concept layout with master at one end and two other bedrooms at the other end to enable privacy. Two lanais provide optimal views and sunshine! Main lanai faces both west to enjoy the sunset and north with long lake views. Another lanai off the kitchen allows you to enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning sunshine.
Beautifully decorated with two modern, leather reclining leather sofas in Great Room, two 60 inch Samsung 4K TVs (Master and Great Room), glass dining room table, gorgeous desk in den/3rd bedroom, comfy lanai furniture set, French Bistro kitchen table/chairs, four bar stools, white bedroom sets, 500 thread count sheets and high end duvets…
Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has high end, queen blow up bed with duvet cover. Another queen blow up bed is available.
Carlton Lakes has many amenities including 4 Har Tru tennis courts with night play, huge main pool and Jacuzzi, gym, local pool, bocce ball courts, basketball nets, jungle gym for kids and a clubhouse! In addition, there are great areas for walks, bike rides, rollerblades etc.
Our Happy Place has high speed internet, movie channels, beach chairs and umbrella, two bikes…

About the host: Larry Jeremias, J Capital Partners, lives in Naples, Fl and Toronto, Canada. I have been coming to Naples to escape the cold for 30 plus years! I reached a certain age and decided to spend more time in the paradise that is Naples. All work and no play... I am an investment banker. So, I took the plunge after a great deal of looking over MANY years.
I am an avid tennis player, golfer, boater, beach goer, shopper, eater... You get the picture. I love the beach, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and my dog, Buddy, a cute cockapoo. I love to take him to dog beach and the dog park about mile away.
Why this property? After a great deal of looking over MANY years, we saw this property and knew it was the one. This truly is our Sunny and Happy Place! It will check all your boxes and we guarantee you will have an amazing Naples experience for wherever your interests lead you. Do you have any other properties?
We have two other nearly identical properties around the corner that are extremely pet friendly! We can allow up to two pets any size! One is an end unit on the ground floor with a south/west view! It is very private is perfect for dogs! They can go out the lanai to expansive grounds. The other is also an end unit on the second floor with sunny southern exposure. It is also great for pets!

Do you have stairs or an elevator?
95% of our Happy Place is on the 2nd(top) floor. There are easy, indoor stairs (no elevator) leading to the 2nd level. There is a very good hand railing. It is two stairs to a landing, then 9 stairs to the top.
How close is the Beach?
The beach is literally just down the road, due west! Five minutes and you are at one of the top 10 beaches in the US!

We stayed here for 3 weeks. The condo was as described. Everything we needed was there and the house was clean. The complex has a great club house, work out facility and large pool and hot tub. The location was great. 5 minute walk to Seed to Table which is a cross between a grocery store, restaurants, coffee house, bars, live bands, and ladies drink free nights. 30 minute drive to Vanderbilt beach, 40 minutes to downtown naples. We are looking forward to the opportunity to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here from 12/7/21 to 1/2/22. We both loved the location and the condo itself . It was spacious and most importantly clean . Everything worked and comfortable bed . Location was great near the seed for table market which sells fresh produce and has entertainment inside the market . It was close to Walmart , Targets and many other stores . Beaches , Mercato and 5th Ave was close by car . I highly recommend . Thanks again Larry !

A lovely first floor corner unit completely redecorated and furnished. Everything is new. Kitchen has everything you need and the quality of appliance, dishes and glassware is excellent. Linens and towels are new and high quality. There are also two bicycles and a lovely area to ride. Owner is nearby and is responsive and helpful to your needs Nicest rental we have had in 25 years of vacation rentals.

Ralph and Yvonne stayed in our ground floor version of this unit. It’s virtually identical and has the same floor plan but is on the ground floor. Ralph is a federal judge from Michigan and is a great judge of vacation rentals!
