Rates

Notes:

The weekly prices are valid with an allocation of 6 adults.
basic price for 6 adults per week: $1,750.00
additional person $50 per night

House cleaning $230.00
Refundable deposit $600.00

Electricity not included in the price. Will be deducted from the deposit (0.17$ per kwh, incl. taxes)

Christmas: 20% surcharge (1 days ahead to 14 days later)
Easter: 20% surcharge (3 days ahead to 7 days later)
High Season: 20% surcharge (from mid December until the end of May)

All prices include 5% Tourist tax and 6.5% Sales taxes

Minimum stay 7 nights.
Arrival over Christmas minimum stay 14 nights.

35% deposit payable within 14 days after booking.
Final payment 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation fee:

- Free cancellation up to 180 days before the beginning of the rental period;
- admin fee 7 or more days after booking: 3 % of total rental cost with a maximum of $250
- 35 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 180 to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 50 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 60 to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 100 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period
